Non-Spanish speakers beware”
Staff speaks no English so non-Spanish speakers beware. Staff is unsmiling and just stares at you. Also there is only one power point in the entire room and that too next to the wash basin. I was happy to be checking out of this hotel.

Excellent location, a short walk from multiple restaurants and a 7-Eleven across the street. You can Uber to most anywhere else in the city in a short time. The building and rooms are a little dated, but that's to be expected at this price range. Everything was very clean.

hotel close to metro station, arena mexico, some restaurants and laundry store nearby, helpful receptionist, room is big, clean , quiet and nice good view

Exactly 1 power outlet”
There was only 1 power outlet in the room which was located in the bathroom. This day and age, that doesn't work for anyone. Especially those who use a CPAP device to assist breathing while sleeping.

El personal le falta actitud de servicios, los controles de la televisión no funcionaban, reporte un problema en el baño y no lo arreglaron. El baño está excelente, agua caliente, camas cómodas

Agradable por estar cerca del metro, de cine y teatros lo recomiendo solo hay que cuidarse de dos cuadras atrás.
