checking into two rooms. one for my friend and one for me. check in at 12. states check in is not till 3pm. no problem, understand. came back at 3pm. room was not ready. apprx 330 my friend room ready. it wasn't till 4 that my room was made ready. and once settle in, the in room safe does not work. have to called multiple times and not able to fix the safe in the room. and after reading previous reviews of customer's air pod gotten stolen and was blamed for not keeping his valuables in safe, did not feel comfortable leaving my valuables out. have to called multiple times 4-5x and was always given escuse they will sent someone up. there is too many other hotels around. personally i would not return to this hotel or recommend this place to anyone.

Stress 😫 ”
I was given room 110 Which is next to a machine that buzzes outside. After a long trip this kept me up. I was told there were no other rooms. Which was not true, it was just they did not want to upgrade me. They said I needed to pay more. My request was I wanted a room that was quite! I refused to pay more money and had to sleep with the buzzing. They said there was no rooms in the same price range I paid. Again which not true !!! After some conversation and persistence. The Absent manager Authorised me to move to room 106. After a sleepless night and pointing out the rubbish service. I was finally given the element of common sense.

I enjoyed spending the night at this hotel. It’s in a central location . Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants . The rooms were very clean and I especially liked the headboard . Though I was charged for the laundry bag. No big deal.nice hotel overall

Nice Place in the central of Mexico City”
Love this place as it is walking distance to all the places we want to go & also accessible to most of the hot spot in Mexico City. The room is small as compare to the other hotel we have stayed in but it is still comfortable. There are free breakfast everyday & we were happy that they provide different Mexican dishes every morning so that we can try them out. It is inside the Historico Centrale of Mexico City. Shopping & restaurants aplenty around the corners. We also buy alot of stuff from their convenient store nearby. Money changer is also within reach if you have overspend. Recommended place to stay in Mexico City.
