Hot location. Nice and clean room. Affordable price. Good service overall. Hotel can improve by reserving special parking spaces for customers. Sunway Lagoon is just few mins away from the hotel. There are many shops beside the hotel which is very convenient.

Unsuccesful stay, no early notice from hotel”
1) Hotel didn't manage to call/email me earlier regarding no room available for the night - staff told me that he dont have my contact no but there is my email stated on my booking(no sign to communication with me earlier) 2) staff did help to provide 2 separate rooms for me n family, but i refused since me n husband need to manage our 3 young children together 3) no sign of staff/manager try to call or email me regarding the matter, i need to run to nearest hotel and find another one 4) try called and been talked to agoda customer service for almost 20mins, but she cant decide whether i can make full refund about my unsuccesfull booking or not, need to wait hotel to reply agoda customer service.. 5) hopefully they deliver me good news since the hotel actually good in location, and safe..

the room size is very small and the prize are unacceptable whereby with the same prize there is many other hotel are much more better then Qinn hotel...really unhappy with the prize of the hotel and also I wanted to do online booking with Agoda in the 4th August but they have closed it .I could not do booking at the same hotel and end up paying cash which was rm98 for 1night.i was damn surprised of the 1 nite hotel prize .really unacceptable prize for this kind of hotel. ..I checked out the next day

Kindly pls reduces the hotel prize because it's not worth the money at all and also the room is freaking small and the bathroom as well... Its a ridiculously not worth of the money .pls send a surveyor to check it out and it's a waste ok money for that kind of hotel

Budget hotel with budget facilities. You get what you paid for. I paid for a room with windows but they did not give me one. Overall it is ok for short stay or for sleeping purposes.

The staff at the reception was not friendly at all. Showed the face as if we owe him money. No advise on the checkout time. The room was small enough for 2. No toiletries n the tap was spoilt. Only good thing is the location. Walking distance to Sunday lagoon.

It was still ok, but when I requested for wifi password and told them couldn't access. Then doesn't really care and they does not take responsibility for it since I'm trying to use the wifi for my personal project.
