The hotel is old, but very and staff very helpful and nice. But The rooms are very noisy because of the streets. We asked for a room backyard, but even though it was terriby noisy.
Beds too soft for sleeping”
The beds are too soft. Very annoying
Shower water pressure is too low
The worst accommodation I had in Europe!”
The room has no air conditioner, but you cannot open the window for fresh air cause the street noises will drive you crazy. The sink faucet is out of order and tap water keep dropping for whole 2days. The elevator the is quite old school, you have to open the elevator door by hand. However, the staff there were quite friendly and helpful.
I can get better hotel”
500 meters walking to the train, and no facilities inside the room. The hotel was old and the lift was dirty. You can get better hotel with the same price.
Very good location. A few streets walking to GrandPlace.”
Single room a bit small. No hairdrier. Elevator a bit intimidating, with no inner door, but well signaled with red/green lights system for you to keep away from the doors. Humble facilities, it seems less than 3 stars (at least my room) but good value for the money paid, because of its great location. I would recommend it.
The hotel is in a great location, it's clean and the staff are friendly. They have a cosy reception area which even included 2 computers that you are free to use. The Wi-Fi is also good and they offer a breakfast for €8.50, but we didn't actually try it. The building itself is dated but that wasn't an issue.
The Queen Anne is clean and well situated near Gare Noord but was very disappointing for a 3* hotel. The room was very small, the only window faced into a central concrete space so that all noise from other rooms was amplified when the window was open, which of course it was due to the hot summer. The decor is dark which makes the room feel even smaller. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, or hair dryer. Overall is it adequate but a few nights if you plan to be out and about all day but any longer and I would have moved hotel.
Decent Value for price”
+ close to north train station and other tourist attractions + good value for money + will hold bags but security of bags a little questionable - no fridge - small old lift - sound proofing not great
Hotel needs a lot of updating, I book a single room - only when I arrived and realized there is no fridge, no kettle, no coffee, tea, tooth brush, etc. Some patches of hair stick to my sock when I walk around, obviously not clean properly. I even tumble inside the lifts because the lift car are not level probably with the floor level, due to the last passenger not operating the lift properly. I end up taking the stair to my room at 7 floor. The only good point is the location and staffs are friendly and helpful.
Basic to say the least”
lamps above the beds but no switches to turn them on or off, 21inch portable TV woth poor signal, view overlooking a brick wall and other hotel window about 20ft away, pillows felt like rolled up t-shirts in a pillow slip, toilet stunk of sewerage! £190 for a night.. total rip off!
Great staff.but hotel in a red light area. Constantly awaken at night due to screams from back alleys.nothing wrong with the hotel, but sadly it's location isn't great. Seems just about decent for the price..
Good location and good staff”
We are group 6 paxs. Staff give us a good service and many good idea and help us to plan to travel. Hotel located not far from train station and historical place.
location is great”
I enoyed my stay, especially the helpful staff.I was a little peeved to find that the breakfast hours change on weekends….not mentioned in the webpage…so no breakfast the day I left for the airport. The train is a 15minwalk,which is fine.Plastic cups in the bathroom? No inroom safe?It is also an easy walk to downtown.
Good location centrally located clean nice hotel”
We stayed at the Quinn Anne for Xmas and it was a lovely hotel nice clean rooms well located and friendly staff.
value for money”
No air condition, we had to open the window so noise from the street is lousy. And the temperature in the room is high we could not sleep well. Furthermore, when we contact the hotel reservation before we arrived, it would be better if they could give much more information that the hotel is located near to Brussels Nord more than Brussels midi or Brussels centraal. The valuable information is needed.
Close to city centre, nice service”
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and recently renovated, the staff is always ready to help. The hotel could have improved by offering free wifi instead of charging 3 extra euros. However there are 2 computers available in the hotel hall for free internet use. Beware of the 4,50 euro surcharge of the city tax.
Queen Anne Hotel”
There should be some more service for this level of room rate
Value for money, nice and clean, good breakfast”
Would stay again, rooms quite small and decor dated but over all it is comfortable and clean and quality and value for money is excellent.
