The service here was extraordinary, from the moment you arrive the efficiency of checking in and the family welcome was truly enchanting. The owner and his family all contributed to this relaxing stay. On the morning of my leaving the owner was up at 5am to cheak me out , I was feeling rather bad about him getting up so early , but within 5 mins there he was, courteous , helpful and anxious that I had my flask of hot water befor my taxi came. The view was mind blowing and the situation of this particular hotel captures the snow mountain perfectly. The menus have everything you could possibly want and with there amenable nature they would do anything the could do to help you. So I would stay there to have breakfast and dinner if you could. Also the place is clean and spacious. My bathroom was open plan with a marble floor and loads of hot water. I was also supplied with a fan heater at an extra cost of €3 per nite which was sooooo worth the extra comfort. Was so sorry to have to leave

Staff told that with small price we will get such room. So why they agreed to give discount on agoda. Room view was good but food was not hygenic as we got sick. Basic amenities were not avail. phone not working and have to ask for basic items.

I booked 4 rooms and already paid on 9 th May .On reaching 26 th May , the receptionist told me they did not get the booking ..I have shown them my booking confirmation voucher ..He calls a number of times..We 7 people including children and older people were stranded for 30 mins ..Then receptionist arranges 4 rooms in another hotel ..This kind of unprofessional I did not expect ..because we tourists came fatigued after a lot of journey ...Lot of things to be improved ...Pls make sure u call them before coming to this hotel for confirmation ...

There was a grave communication error from our end for which we do apologize unconditionally. i have already mailed my review personally.i have been humiliated in the hotel by the manager who thinks the guests are dogs and if we dont get clean linen, basic amnities , proper towel,breakfast even after being paid then we are deserving it because its a no star hotel and we can get the hell out of there to a higher one..i have had enough of that rabdentse nonsense already.
