Best saving as 5min walk from Metro station. ”

Only 5 (3 without traffic signal)minutes walk from Metro 3b or 7b station.Quickest record was 40 min to Opera sta. Photo is corridor view, so you need to go through a road side very small door"HOTEL" to see that neat garden. Don't worry to hard knock it, as GPS data is precise. Shower door need to pullup handle then turn lock nob(rather rare manuever to lock shower door. Some wise woman seemed to wait to examin my unlocking.) Need towel & soap & pool-sandals(small person).But hot shower will make you relax very soon. My room door needed to pulling & key turn technique. No free TV. Yet this hotel is the best recommended getaway if you eat out and if you can feel at home in alien streets.

It’s more like a B&B than a hotel”

- located near residential area, which is quiet but far from central Paris - just basic provision of bed and shared bathroom - room is not bright enough and not many rooms available - it’s much cheaper than other accommodation in Paris - reception opens from 08:00-20:00 only, no one will open the hotel main door for you beyond working hours!!

Hotel location is quite far away from the city. Room is clean and good but really old building. It's not convenient to go shower rooms and toilets..

economico ”

Il pro di questo hotel è assolutamente il prezzo. Camera doppia, piccola, ma funzionante, peccato che erano 2 letti e non un letto matrimoniale. Ho avuto la stanza 18 che era al piano terra. L'hotel si trova a circa 1000 m dalla stazione metro , 1100m dalla fermata bus con quale arrivi in un ora all'aeroporto CDG, al costo di un solo biglietto 1,90euro. Staff gentile. La parte dolente è la pulizia, ho soggiornato li 2 notti, ma nessuno non ha pulito la stanza il secondo giorno e sulla doccia e sulla porta del bagno si notava la scarsa pulizia dei giorni precedenti, ma d'altro siamo a Parigi e come 24 ani fa quando sono stata la prima volta, non è cambiato nulla, i parigiani non sano cosa vuol dire la pulizia, forse in 5 stelle si, ma da 3 stelle in giù nulla da fare. Cmq consiglio questo hotel.

静かな住宅街にある宿”

パリの物価を考えると安いと判断するべきなのだろうか。 バストイレ無し、冷蔵庫も冷房も無し、飲料水も無い。 この値段でも他と比べると安いのはここはパリだからか。 共同バストイレなのだが、建物が別にある。 雨が降ったらどうすればいいのかね。 立地は悪くなく、トラムやメトロの駅にも近い。 パリの周辺ではありがちだが、アラブ人が多く住んでいる地域のよう。
