Christmas Trip”
Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at Hotel Raffinato. Hotel was close to bus stops and different train stations. Staffs were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast and Drink Bar is a plus! We’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great stay. Comfortable, clean room and actually non-smoking for a change. I think we got lucky with a discount due to coronavirus so the value was great. Breakfast was actually surprisingly good for an inner-city hotel, would use again.

This was a nice option that wasn't too pricey. The only criticism I have is that many of the amenities were not free. For example, the breakfast cost 800 yen. It is a little more out of the way than some other hotels, but it's only a 6 minute walk until downtown.

The bed is too small for a couple. ”
Old hotel with a small lobby area. Breakfast was good. Laundry has no chairs and tables to fold your clothes after the dryer. No coin exchange machine but there is a vendo machine, (smart move for the hotel. No exchange coin money so you have to buy something in vendo machines. Lol) The location of the Hotel is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. The staffs are all friendly and nice. Toilet and Bath are clean. The bed is too small for a couple.
