Expensive for what it is”
Bad service and staff (not help to as simple as get a rikshaw), dirty sheets, uncomfortable bed and far from te center (walking distance because Pushkar is small, but is the farest hotel in town). Looks so good in pictures... The room is big and the bathroom ok.

Three stars hotel? You dream!”
TV imposible to use, was on a different direction that the bed (I don't know if the idea was to sit down on the floor to watch). REALLY dirty sheets and bed cover. Tried to charge us for a towel that was never in the room. No help in nothing, need transport back to Ajmer and told us "walk to the city centre and try to find a tuk tuk". Toilet of the restaurant dirty and no toilet paper or nothing. Expensive for what it is, looks so good in pictures but is only the image, te hotel is really bad.

Absolutely the worst Hotel in all of India!”
We asked for a car to pick us up from the train station.... 600Rp.. Double a regular taxi but we wanted the comfort of having a ride when we arrived at the train station. After waiting 45min and numerous phone calls, someone finally arrived to pick us up. Upon arrival we spoke to the front desk and we asked if the prices was negotiable at all due to the waiting time and we were told "NO" We were then shown to our room that had not been cleaned at all!! Dirty toilet, dirty sink, dirty bathroom floor, bits of food and plastic still on the bedside table and dirty floor in the bedroom. Oh, not to mention... A harder bed then the overnight train we had just taken. We spoke to the man at the front desk about our issues and he was rude and unresponsive. We then asked to speak with the manager and to our surprise.... He was the manager. We then asked for the owner and were told he would be available in the evening. After a long drawn out argument we were showed to the "Super Deluxe" room which only had two more pillows and a slightly softer bed then our original "Deluxe" room. Oh, and they had to re-clean this room as well. After settling in we asked for the wifi code and were told the whole of Pushkars wifi was down. We headed out for a coffee and found wifi... Went to dinner and found wifi. Upon are return we spoke to the man at the front dest again and told him about the other places having wifi and once again rude and unresponsive. Went up to our room to shower... No hot water... Got a knock on the door and it was the man from the front desk, I opened the door slightly and he barged through the door with a wifi stick. This man made our stay awful. After the invasion of privacy we asked to speak with the owner and were then told by the man at the front desk that the owner was out of town.. The same man that said he would be around in the evening.. Lied to twice by the same man at the front desk. Do not stay here, they are very unprofessional and rude (with the e

Good hotel, but staff needs to be trained”
location, comfortable, spacious
The stay was generally comfortable, but the staff were not well trained to handle foreign guests who are of indian origin. I had to make several trips to the reception to get the visitor registration sorted out. In their eagerness to check on the guests, the reception called our room when we were fast asleep. While the service attitude is good, the staff need to be trained in improving their interactions with guests and to respect their privacy more.

Nice change”
New, clean rooms, helpful staff
Opened 3-4 months ago. Room nicely laid out, everything functioning. Clean. Staff welcoming, nice lawn area. Hotel on right as entering from Aymer, stop/caych bus at temple tower junction. Hotel quiet, out of main city, 10min walk.
