Nice Hotel
Clean room, but a bit small. Location very close to Tokyo Metro. Lots of restaurant around the area. Staff are friendly. The hotel also have free shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort.

Good hotel but disappointing service
Nice rooms with good amenities, staff are mostly friendly, except for one male front agent without glasses who treated my family rudely in an unacceptable way! When we approached the front desk counter at first, there were unfortunately some problems with our reservation which I may choose the wrong option for max capacity for one of my rooms, and he asked us to pay for additional charge for adding 2 more pax to my rooms. Of course we got confused that we were told that we booked triple room for only 1pax so we asked for more explanation on that, and the mentioned staff suddenly got impatient and told us to pay or to leave, he even took away all check in papers and refused to listen to us anymore. I fully understood that it might be an isolated case, but it was really an insulting experience that gotting one of hotel staff pointing at your nose and said that you deserved this because you made a wrong option online.
