hotel is kinda old. i reached the place around 3am ang the guy infront of the hotel didnt even bothe
hotel is kinda old. i reached the place around 3am ang the guy infront of the hotel didnt even bother helping me with my baggage. then reception checked my booking they said that its only for 1 night well in fact i booked 2 nights but the reception still insist then i showed here my booking, com'on its 3 am i dont have the energy to argue anymore. the room was just fine however there was something that BIT me and not pretty sure if ts BEDBUG so i reported it to them, action taken was so so, then they moved me to other room. my friend who recommended me to stay in the hotel went there and arranged my transfer to other room and good thing they were so easy to talk and they gave me free 1 hour full body massage, moved me to a bigger and a free breakfast for 2 for the inconvenience. overall i can still give 3-3.5 coz they were able to save me from the sinking boat(hope you know what im trying to say), and i appreciate it much. thanks to the Supervisor and their friendly staff, i appreciate. :-)

In terms of service and location, its topnotch but the facilities and cleanliness needs huge improvement. Im sure I asked for a nonsmoking but the whole floor and our room smells. There's no pen nor box of tissues available (unless you asked for it) and the food we ordered for room service and buffet breakfast is soo disappointing. If we weren't that exhausted and pressed for time we can opt to go to other restos near the area. Such a waste since the place is too near ABS and other great places in QC

Received an old, ripped towels, aircon not working properly, dark room ( not enough lights ) , ceiling needs a proper clean, carpet smells musty the moment you enter the hotel's hallway .

Indeed a good location, just a 5 mins walking distance to catch ASAP where you need to be there at 8am sharp to get a seat. Food is traditional
