      Only 10 minutes' drive from the Adriatic coast, Residence Eden is a new property offering free parking, a pizzeria restaurant and air-conditioned rooms and apartments. It is just outside Mozzagrogna centre. All accommodation features a balcony overlooking the garden. Each one also has an LCD TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The apartments include a kitchenette. The Eden Residence offers free Wi-Fi, a free laundry service and bar open all day. It serves a sweet Italian breakfast buffet each morning. It can be enjoyed outdoors in the summer. Local specialities are served in the restaurant with fresh fish available on request. San Giovanni in Venere Abbey is 8 km away, as is the site of the Miracle of Lanciano. Maiella National Park is 30 minutes away by car.

      Great and spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Nice and convenient balcony. Very clean room and very friendly service. Free parking next to the room entrance. Nice views to the vineyards and the sea. Good breakfast with many options.
      The restaurant seemed noisy and did not offer a comfortable sitting arrangement for us for dinner in the current context. However, at breakfast time the restaurant was much calmer and enjoyable.

      The property appeared immediately as clean and tidy. The room was very clean, spacious and extremely bright by natural light. Also the bathroom was very clean and new. We recommend the restaurant, it offers a lot of local specialties and everything was extremely good.

      Everything was clean and in order.
      Breakfast not okay, the staff without any emotion. The area is distant from everything (which can be good if u r looking for peace) so you cant buy anything or visit anything. The beach area: you cant get cooked meal after 2 p.m. You have to wait until after 7 p.m. to get normal food. We came at 3 p.m. and had to starve until dinner. Even the hotel didnt have anything open, just the bar. In the evening you can eat at the hotel. The waitor was friendly (finally one) and the food was okay.
