Enough for staying”

The elevator was very small only for 2person and very old. It is with horrible electronical sound but very interestig to experience. Staff was kind.

Excellent location”

Placed in The core of The city, but also quiet and safe. Little bit old room, but in line with a 3 star in a big city. Breakfast sufficient. Clean and good staff.

Calm hotel in strategic location”

I stayed for 6 nights and had wonderful stay in the Hotel Residence La Concorde.

Good Value”

The location was of utmost importance to me and when comparing prices for hotels in the area it was good value.It's not a top class hotel but all in all it turned out to be better than I expected and I was comfortable.

Not worth staying. Worst experience ever.”

Worst experience ever. Not worth staying, over rAted. Roof leaking, power point not working, weak wifi, staff still came in to room despite telling them we wanted privacy( luckily we locked all valuable). Safe not working!

Great location but very small room”

this hotel is a very convenient because of it's location, even if the room was very small and furnished with the minimum. this is a good deal for those who want to spend their day and evening outside and use their room only for sleeping.

Lovely and helpful team”

I stayed for 2 nights. It was calm, comfortable. it has a good location for shopping and sightseeing. Jardin du tuileries can be seen when you are on the main door of the hotel, it is just few steps on feet. Concorde metro station is about 200 meters. The room was enough for me (one person). The reception staff and room service are sympathetic. the internet connection was superior. Regarding the cons, the breakfast did not meet my expectation. So if you are a tourist just take the opportunity to try some cafes and restaurants around the hotel (in Chatelet or Champs-Elysées).

Small room but central location”

1. Lift was not working on our arrival. Had to lug 2 big suitcases up 4 storeys (with help of a bell girl). 2. Room was awkward with a long narrow corridor before we see the room and lights were not working in the corridor (in the room). 3. Room was too dark. Only had 2 small working lights 4. Good only if you are leaving your luggage and not coming back for whole day, only to sleep in. Will not stay here again - not much value

Concorde”

this is a residence in an old apartment building, which is somewhat older but still comfortable. a little difficult to find, but located right on the edge of the lourve with easy walking access to all major areas of the city. breakfast is included, if not very good, and the staff is always willing to help and very friendly, given the location, it is a very good overall value.

Très bon séjour”

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, et si nous avions à séjourner de nouveau au centre de Paris nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Ottima posizione ma scarsa pulizia”

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti, i letti erano comodi, il bagno moderno e confortevole, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Discutibile la pulizia della moquette. Non ci è piaciuto il fatto che l'unica finestra fosse a vasistas, dava un senso di soffocamento, anche se la vista sui tetti dei palazzi tipici parigini era molto caratteristica e suggestiva. La posizione veramente ottima, in pieno centro e a pochi metri dalla metro e ciononostante la camera era molto silenziosa. La colazione non eccellente ma più che accettabile. Nel complesso direi che, visti i prezzi della zona, può essere una buona scelta per chi deve trascorrere poche notti e non ha molte pretese.

初めてのパリ。一人旅だったので立地条件とお値段で選びました。立地は地下鉄の駅も近くにあり、コンコルド広場、ルーブル美術館は徒歩圏内、シャンゼリゼ通りからも、散歩がてら歩くにはちょうど良い距離でした。ただし、空港バス乗り場からは少し距離があります。wi-fiは部屋に書いてあったPWでログイン出来ませんでしたが、フロントに聞けばすぐに教えてくれました。チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってくれましたし、フロントの対応はとてもよかったです。ホテルは寝るだけの場所、と考えるのであれば充分な設備だったと思います。私は次回も是非利用したいです。

立地が命”

立地は非常に良いが建物は非常に古いので、設備の古さが気になる人は要注意。入口が非常にわかりにくいので訪問前に地図等の準備をお勧めします。スタッフは非常にフレンドリー。価格については、立地の良さは大きいが古さを考えると、ちょっと高いかな。

コンコルド駅からすぐですので 観光、ビジネスに最適です。 但し、室内設備については期待しないほうがいいいと思いますが、 最低限の物は揃っていますので、立地重視の方には最適です。

水回りは古いですが、それもパリのホテルの特徴と思えるのであれば 地下鉄1号線コンコルド駅すぐですし、ビジネス、観光に便利です。 ホテルの前にあるレストランFLOTTESお薦めです。 いつも混んでいます。

ビジネスロケーション最高”

コンコルド広場まで徒歩数分で、今回会議の行われた場所に近く、このロケーションでこの価格なら次回も利用したいと思いました。 部屋は狭くかなり古い印象でしたが、冷蔵庫もあり、お湯の量も十分で、Wifiも問題なく利用できました。（PC & iPhone共に） 空港との往復もOPERAのバス停まで徒歩７－８分なので、よほど大きな荷物がない限り問題なく歩いて行けます。 但し、近辺にレストラン等があまりなく、OPERA近辺まで行く必要があります。

抜群の立地”

特徴はなんと言っても立地の良さです。ルーブル美術館や凱旋門、オペラ座方面まで徒歩でもいけます。駅から出てすぐの通りにホテルがあるので、メトロを使うにも便利です。値段と立地を考えれば必ず満足できると思います。
