I was alone, traveling for business so the room was very comfortable for me. The location is right next to the Machida station with many restaurants. For those who don't mind a basic, but clean hotel the Resol is a good choice. For travelers coming from overseas looking for a luxurious experience, the Resol would not be the first choice. Instead you should look around Yokohama.

Nice to be able to open the window of the room. Appreciated much the spray of disinfecting liquid and the one of aroma mix. Shampoo and soap are also high quality with essential oil, it smells so different !

Rooms are small for a USA traveller. No breakfast choices for international travellers, it all catered for Japanese guests. Smoking floors are below non-smoking, so if the windows are opened then you smell your room.

In the bathrooms you can smell and see mold. If u look in the air vents of the fan in the bathrooms you can see mold growth. Great location and friendly staff though.

Only the lobby looked nice. Compared to other business hotels this one is a bit overpriced and so far has the olders rooms. I mistakenly booked a smoking room but to make things worse the room was poorly lit, the toilet was not even flashed and there was still toilet paper in the toilet. and the precast toilet is so elevated, compared to other business hotels. I literally tripped everytime I used the toilet. The duvet, bed smelled so strong of cigarette. Room's ambience was so bad.

It was nice to stay here. I had the business trip in Shonan where has just a few hotel. Machida is just 6-7 stations from there. Hotel Resol is very near to Machida Station. Department store and convenience store are around the hotel.

Great location-great hotel ”
The hotel is only a short walk to the station, where you can easily go to Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. Machida is a lovely place and the hotel is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. They speak a little bit of English, however the locals and staff of the hotel are very helpful. Please stay there and check out the local bars and restaurants nearby
