Great stay at this hotel”
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Its very convenient. Near to Nakajimakoen subway station, nakajima park and 7eleven and lawson convenience stores. Checkin was smooth. Friendly staff. Room is small for 2 persons but it was still a comfortable stay. Not really much space to put your big luggage. All tv channels worked well though non had English channels. Heater worked well. Room service was good too. They have also washing machine n dryer rooms. Good stay.

Winter vacation at Sapporo”
My family with 2 kids stayed at Hotel Resol Nakajima for 7days, 6nights. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. They tried their best to provide all our requests and inquiries. The breakfast was one of the best part of the day. Very wide variety of dishes, dessers and drinks. The room was cozy and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The location is very accessible. Very near the subway, bus and street car stations.walking distance to establishments like convenience store, restaurants, coin laundry. You can take the subway or even.just walk until Odori park. Just in front of the Nakajima park and since it was winter, my kids were able to play with snow and do some snow sled. They are practicing corona virus infection prevention. The room even have a virus spray. I would really recommend this hotel. If i will go back to Sapporo, i will surely book again at Hotel Resol. Thank you so much for a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Friendly staff. Great service. Cleaned and tidy room. Next to subway station. Easy access to odori and Sapporo station. Seicomart is near by. I am one man band. But two beds were reserved this time because of limited room. Could be more affordable with another room type.

I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Accommodation price for the room I got is very affordable. Staff were nice and they got a laundry room which is super helpful when you pack few winter clothes. The room was big and there's a bathtub. I enjoyed my stay here.

All the staffs are best. Room is clean and valuable for money , but more warm(near the air-conditioner). Location is good but not much. Public bathroom is convenience to use. All new towels can take for unlimit.

Good breakfast varietied”
My room rate includes breakfast which offer good varieties compared to other Japan hotel chains. Very near to the beautiful Nakajima Park. Good value for the price I paid. Hotel should consider changing the old style separate hot and old water faucet knobs to the mixer lever type as it is very inconvenient to adjust water temperature.

Sapporo is one of the safest places in Japan. Although it is a large hotel, the wifi is weak because it is Softbank Air. It's the only drawback.

Compare to many other hotels in Sapporo located right near the Sapporo station or Susukino, this one is slightly away from the hustle of the city center yet is conveniently connected to it within 1-2 metro stations. I liked the location because I wanted to go for jogging in the nearby park in the morning and it was just perfect. The room itself may not be anything special but it’s clean and good enough for a city visit. What we like the most was the breakfast. The buffet station seems small but the variety and the quality of the food were just awesome. However, I got the room for a really good deal so it was worth the money for me.

Nice hotel and friendly staff”
The hotel is easy to find. The staff is friendly. We arrived at 10 am and the check in time is 14 pm, but they help me to keep the luggage and when we came bak at afternoon the luggage already in the room. The room was clean only slightly smell of urine in the toilet.

Not the best choice in Sapporo”
Stayed for total 6 nights Overall the room was ok but the window was sealed shut and get a bit stuffy and the room are quite pack. The service from most of the frontdesk and room service was quite good except that the last day when we came back late and found out that there are no mineral water given to us and we asked and what we get reply is we only get 1 set of mineral water per stay.. we have stayed for 6 nights and all other nights we receive mineral water except the last night? And I don't find it is fair for not giving mineral water daily as we are full paying customer and didn't receive any discount for long stay. Location wise, the hotel is a bit far from everything and kinda in the middle of the red light district. We get approached a few time for you know what and there are a lot of "entertainment" establishment around that area. It's about 30 min or more from Sapporo station on foot. There are a few restaurant around that area and a few club too. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are willing to pay extra for transportation (Japan's transportation are very expensive) unless you are willing to walk a lot. If you plan to shop a lot and your stay is short, I recommend you to stay near susukino or even sapporo station. One of the front desk lady staff was quite helpful as we went to Jozankei for 2 nights in between and they are willing to help us to keep our luggage.
