Everything is positive only. Though our check-in time is 12 on, they provided us the rooms in the morning and had awesome breakfast. Even after vacating our luggage was safe and even after vacating, we got the services from then in the evening for using washroom, relax for sometime and to have tea. Extremely co-operative staff. This was the second time I booked Ritz Comfort. the location of the property is good and the rooms are cozy and well maintained. The staff are well mannered and respond to queries. The complimentary breakfast is good. The property has a restaurant which serves delicious food. Overall experience was nice.

Very Good”
Very nice hotel location and the inside looks fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy up to par with other 3-4 star hotels around the world. The room-service food menu was quite extensive and tasty. The staff was prompt to provide internet passwords and other services. I think this is an underrated gem in the area. The staff is a little slow in understanding english and providing bills that make sense, but other than that one will have a very pleasant time there.

Pleasantly surprised ”
This hotel surprised me. Their communication via Agoda was not good as I requested a change to my booking and they did not get back to me. However once there... the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was by far the best we had anywhere in India. I would recommend this hotel.

Overpriced stopover hotel ”
We had prepaid for this hotel on Agoda and when we arrived after a very early start and exhausted we were asked for more money to get a room big enough for a third bed , even when I explained I had booked for three upfront they insisted we paid extra.We were shown a price list showing the cost of the bigger room compared to the smaller and I paid up. Once I could access my bank account and see how much I had already paid, I discovered I'd already paid the extra up front, more than the cost of the bigger room already. I did email Agoda but they were totally unhelpful. Their email said as we had already staid there was nothing they could do. Therefore the room was ridiculously expensive for what we got. Also funny things like the safe didn't work and the just said yes it doesn't work. The same with the television remote, so we couldn't watch. The wifi was fine but you need a code for each device and were only given two codes even though there were 3 of us. It is a nice enough hotel but at a price similar to the 5* hyatt's we stayed in ridiculously overpriced

Good place for a short stay”
It was good. We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel on arrival in Vizag as it's close to the railway station. It worked out well as we did the Rail cum Road Araku day trip and we needed to be at the station at 6am. The staff were friendly and helpful. The local style breakfast was good. We also had a nice lunch in the restaurant one day. The room was a bit dated but clean and reasonably comfortable.

Great place”
Great place to stay and good value for money. Ideal for families who would like to use it as a place to bunk for the night while we spend the day sight seeing in Vizag. It is at the heart of the city and 5-10 min drive from the Railway station which makes it better. The food is also good and the staff are courteous and well trained. Though not a constraint but the hotel has a small restaurant which could be expanded considering this the food is good and on a busy night it is difficult to get a table for a large family.

Ritz comfort hotel ”
We were given a room that was small, no window and not suitable ,we asked for a room that had a window and we were charged an extra 200 rupees a night for this. There was no,hot water at night,only in the morning. We requested hot water at night and after some time they agreed to turn it on for us at night. But no other rooms get hot water at night. Staff were polite ,food was clean but not much choice apart from Indian. Their western food..which they advertise was very plain and ordinary. We transferred to another hotel instead of rebooking their for our last 3 nights in Vishakpatanam .

Recommended for Business Travellers. Rooms are small and hence not for family people who wants more space to move around. I requested for extension of One hour as my flight was at 3.00 pm that day and they accepted to it.(12pm is check out time ) Staff are polite and rooms are good and clean.Located in the heart of city.For vegetarian food you can head to Sairam Parlour restaurant nearby which is too tasty and good ,a lassi shop close to it good enough for shakes.

rude behavior by manager Kiran, not satisfied ”
We were not allowed inside hotel, since we had come early , but they promise 4 rooms of early check-in out of 8 rooms, the worst part was they did not provide extra beds even though we paid for extra beds, to become more worse they were planning to take money for breakfast which was complimentary for 6people, but we managed by not paying it. Other than that stay was good room was good food was good. Be aware of the early check-in and complimentary breakfast

Very disappointed with customer service”
* Very pathetic Room Service.... * Room Service staff really worst, pls train them properly. * I was in room no. 222 order food nd after multiple phone to RS they delivered food after 1 hr 20 mins.... The lame reason they given is kitchen was very busy.... By both RS operator nd delivery Steward. This was bought to front office desk notice... They least bother to address the issue. * Zero customer service from front office desk. The only positive abt this hotel is house keeping staff nd room. Rest all fallen apart. I'm really disappointed nd not happy due to poor customer service.
