Stayed here for 5 days. Met aki and another lady (which i forgot to ask her name). Both are lovely, and friendly and very helpful. The other lady eventhough she cant speak in english, she tried very hard to explain to us regarding the place. The location is a bit at the outskirts which was fine for me as it was not too noisy. The toilets are clean and shampoo+conditioner provided, for free! Nearest station (suminokoen subway st - yotsubashi line) which is about 5-10 minutes walk. There’s also lawson and family mart nearby if you want to buy some on the go snacks, and mcD (in case you have middle of the night food cravings lol) I enjoyed my stay there. The room was comfortable and nice. The staffs were really friendly and even organized a Christmast party for us. The hotel sign was quite small and difficult to notice.

Roomy option for those willing to walk”
Excellent hostel with super accommodating staff willing to help out with laundry and printing things out. Large, modern shower heads made for some really amazing showers. Room was incredibly spacious (probably owed to the bunk bed in our room). Only thing I would change is the location, which was rather south of the center of the city and a 7-9 min walk to the closest metro station (Suminoekoen).

Not really a hotel but hostel and useful one”
- 8 min walk from a terminal station of New Shuttle and Metro with an interesting view of the big Suminoe motorboat race tracks. - Mostly chain enterprises, but still many good shops and restaurants between the ho(s)tel and the station including Donki. - Convenient for convention centre visitors and ferry users and off-downtown travellers. - Easy reservation, inexpensive charges, relaxed, calm, neat and clean enough with free wifi. - But be in mind; your room may have a TV set may be very small and old, a wooden bunk bed but have no toilet/bath/shower room (per floor shower/toilet space was fine to me, though). - You might find a little more decent "hotel" not "hostel" with the same or just a bit higher cost even in downtown if you have time and patience with PC. But, after all, I enjoyed the stay.

USJにいくために使いました。安すぎるので正直言って期待していなかったのですが，本当に泊まってよかったです。 駅近くのスーパー銭湯もよかったです。 次回も機会があれば利用したいと思います。

今回滞在費を抑えたかったので格安で宿泊させていただき、大変助かりました。ドアはオートロックで安心ですし、必要なものは揃っていて、とても快適に過ごせました‼キッチンの道具も使わせてもらえたので、自炊もでき、長期の滞在にも向いているなと感じました。またこの方面に用事があるときは滞在したいです！

良い点 ･駅から10分かからない。 ･近くにコンビニやドラッグストア、飲食店多い ･駅が始発駅なので座って移動できる ･部屋は十分な広さ。 ･スタッフは親切 悪い点 ･設備の修理がいまいち。壊れているところが多い。年末年始だからしょうがない部分はあるけど、１月５日の朝シャワーに入ろうとしたら一階のシャワー室両方の電気がつかず。スマホのライトで明るくしました。 ･部屋の独特な臭い。 ･他国の方のマナーの悪さ。一階シャワー室使用中の看板を使い終わってもそのままにしている。お陰でシャワー室がなかなか使えなかった。 設備面が適切に使えるようであればまた利用したいです。スタッフの方々にはお世話になりました。

設備が整っている”
21時半以降すぎると自動的予約キャンセルになる。あらかじめメールが来ていたし、その旨を当日電話連絡があり丁寧だった。 建物は、昔寮だったのか？という感じのつくり。個室を借りたが、夜中に人とすれ違うことはなく自由に過ごせた。男女トイレが別フロアにあり、3階には男子トイレしかなく2階まで降りるのがやや手間だった。 部屋にテレビがあり、ソファもあり友達の家に遊びに来たような感じでくつろげた。 駅からそんな近くはないが周りに飲食店やスーパーもあり、長期滞在でも過ごしやすそう。

โรงแรมตกแต่ง และจัดวางได้สะอาดตา ห้องนอนน่ารัก เหมือนในภาพ ห้องหว้างพอที่จะกางกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาด 28"ได้อย่างสบาย ห้องน้ำมีน้อย แต่ไม่เคยต้องรอ ในห้องอาบน้ำมีสบู่ แชมพู ยาสระผมให้ ที่อ่างล้างหน้ามีคัตตันบัส สำลี ยางมัดผมให้ และมีไดร์เป๋าผม มีพื้นที่ครัวส่วนกลาง ทำอาหารได้ และตู้เย็นให้แช่ของ ส่วนการเดินทาง สามารถนั่งรถไฟจากนัมบะมาลงที่สถานีซูมิโนะเอะโคเอน ใช้เส้นทางสายสีน้ำเงิน (Y) ถ้าเดินออกจากสถานีซูมิโนะเอะโคเอทางออกที่ 4 จะเจอห้างดองกี้ หรือออกทางออกที่ 3 เดินไปทางแมคโดนอลก็จะเจอโรงแรม เดินประมาณหนึ่งป้ายรถบัส หรือสามารถขึ้นรถบัสได้ ขึ้นฝั่งตรงข้ามห้างดองกี้ไป 1 ป้ายก็จะถึงโรงแรม หรือจะเดินก็ได้ เราเดินทุกวันเลย โดยส่วนตัวชอบมากจะกลับมาพักอีกคะ
