Perfect Customer Service”
The customer service provided by the hotel is excellent! During our stay, we found that we have left something in a local restaurant. As we don't know Japanese, we need to seek help from the hotel. The receptionists have been very helpful and have done all they can do to help us, including calling the police, the restaurant, and arranging the the transfer of our stuff. They are very nice and helpful to provide hight quality service! The onsite facilities are excellent too! We will come back to Hotel Riverge Akenbono if we go to Fukui again!

Hotel is good except one of the staff was very unhelpful”
Generally, the hotel is good and nice. Except that one of the night shift staff in the front desk was very unhelpful. We asked one of staff to help to book restaurant for dinner in the next evening , actually that staff was already trying to help us. Then, another staff who could speak a little bit Mandarin stepped forward and stopped the original staff to help us. He said it was impossible to help us, kept just saying "不可以" in mandarin many times. We were very upset and unsatisfied that such basic service was not provided by a 4-star hotel. Then, we tried again to ask hotel to help us the next morning (that bad service staff was off duty). This time the staff (I think he was the manager) was very willingly to help and successfully booked the restaurant for us. So we thought that it was the problem and bad service of that particular staff only.

Great value for stay”
Stayed here for one night as a couple. Unable to comment on the location as we were dropped off here by a friend and didn't walk around the area. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and spacious enough. Best part of the room was how gigantic the TV was. Best part of the stay was the in-house public bath on the upper floor. Recommended!

Great overall experience. The room was spacious & had a lot of great unexpected features including an amazing Japanese bath with a shampoo bar & massage chair, laundry facilities & was extremely clean & quiet. The fantastic price definitely offsets the low fare of the taxi to get to myself & the luggage to train station.

友人と一泊２日で宿泊費しました。 お部屋も綺麗ですし、 大浴場も朝ごはんも全てが良かったです。 個のお値段でいいの！？って思うほどでした。 福井に行った際はまた是非是非利用したいですね。

トリプルルーム必要十分でした”
３人部屋ですが、お風呂は大浴場を利用したので、女子３人でも問題なし。 利用しませんでしたが、部屋のバスルームもキレイでした。 ３つベッドでいっぱいでしたが寝るだけなので問題ありません。 朝ごはんブッフェはお値段以上で、いろいろ食べれてとてもよかったです。 駅からの距離も歩けないほどではないので、便利でした。 福井にいくならまた泊まりたいと思います

2019年2月の2泊以来の利用で今回は4泊お世話になりました フロントに関しては女性色を強く感じました 今回ついに美人支配人さんのお姿を拝見することが出来たので目的は遂行されたと言えましょう へしこも堪能出来ましたし… チェックアウト後は金沢と新潟市に3泊ずつして15日夜に山形市へ入り来月7月17日チェックアウト分までは予約済みです そのあと仙台空港より那覇空港へ飛ぶか新千歳空港か検討中です 年内は難しいと思いますが来年またお世話になる予定です。

初めて福井県を訪れ、1泊朝食付きで利用させていただきました。駅から少し歩きましたが、わかりやすい場所です。 ホテルの周辺には飲食店もたくさんあり、おいしい魚料理等いただきました。 スタッフの方の対応もよく、部屋はもちろんお風呂もきれいでした。 何と言っても朝食は品数も多く大満足でした。この金額で泊まれるなら、お得感ありです。
