Excellent hotel near Firenze SMN”
The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the railway station in Florence. It is located in the historical centre and all the main attractions including the Duomo, Basillica of Santa Maria Novella is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff speak good English and is very helpful and friendly. One of the hotel staff, Elton, even showed us the best places to eat and drink in Florence. The breakfast is good with enough options to choose from. The rooms, bath and toilet are very clean. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit smaller. But it is of least concern as nobody is going to stay in the room for the whole day when in Florence.

Great location and friendly staff”
The location is great as it is within walking distance from train station and also a short walk to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helps with taking the luggage up the stairs. The only downside is that it has no elevator so it can be challenging to go up and down the stairs especially if you have room on the 3rd or 4th floor. Breakfast was okay...not too great.

A nice stay in hotel Romagna”
Hotel location is very convenient as the central train station, attractions and shopping areas are all within walking distance. One of the receptionist also provided us with good tip to have the best and cheap ice cream where you can find nearby. Very things about this hotel are great except for the pillows which is a little too flat for a comfortable sleep. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and definitely will recommend to our friends.

Heartful Little Hotel”
Location is great, and staffs are super nice. The bathroom is clean and big. But there's no lifts in this hotel, those who travel with big luggage should be aware. Another down side of my stay was annoying mosquitoes, not sleep well the first night.

Fantastic location, good choice for budget travellers just needing a bed”
Location was outstanding. Easy access to the Cathedral and other areas of interest. 5 mins from the train station and public transport. Staff knowledgeable on area and happy to recommend restaurants and places off the beaten track. We did find it was a bit noisy at night with others guests running up and down the stairs, slamming doors etc but still able to sleep. Don't expect luxury but perfect for our whistle stop tour of Florence.

Acceptable”
There are no lift in this hotel, and we were arranged to stay on the fourth floor! The stairs were steep and we had a very hard time making our way up. The staffs were not at all friendly in our enquiries and shown no interest in assisting to our needs. The heater werent on most of the nights and when we called to ask the staff to on it, they told us that the heater will only function for a certain time limit on each day. There are no kettle and hair dryer in our room and the beds has a weird smell. I would highly suggest to anyone who is looking for a hotel in this area to look elsewhere since there are many hotels nearby.

Esperienza pessima in questo hotel, la nostra camera era al 5 piano e non c'e ascensore...già questo basterebbe.invece c'e anche altro:camera orribile piccola e con perenne puzza di umidità o tinta ancora fresca,il pomeriggio e la sera non c'era acqua calda.peccato perchè la posizione è ottima.

酒店的位置很好，介于火车站和圣母百花大教堂之间，吃东西和去景点赶火车都很方便。酒店早餐还不错，牛角包和咖啡味道很好。酒店没有电梯，前台帅哥很热情会提供免费地图并帮助搬行李。酒店没有吹风机和热水壶稍微不方便，但也符合这个等级的要求。插座挺多而且全天不断电方便为手机和充电宝充电。Wifi免费速度还可以，总体来说对预算有限制入住要求不太高的游客是不错的选择。

Очень пахло влажностью в номере...и очень было шумно..”
Во Флоренции постоянно дожди.может,поэтому так влажно и сыро было в номере..еще ужасный шум от сброса строительного мусора из здания напротив..и это в 7 утра!дома там совсем друг к другу близко,поэтому даже при закрытых окнах и ставнях просыпались от этого шума..а так все понравилось)и место прямо в центре и обслуживание и завтраки отличные)
