Hotel Rosenhof

We arrived the hotel around 8:00 p.m. on 11/6 the date we booked the room, but the woman at the counter told us she already gave our room to someone else, because we were late. I then said she can charge us the room price if we didn't show up, but not gave our booked room away, but she said she can only charge me 80% not 100%, in order not to loose any money she gave our room to another couple that came earlier then us. She actually screamed and yelled at us, my husband told her to behave and mind her manner at the end. She then took us to another hotel to settle this problem. I should mention to her if she only charge us 80% when we don't show up on the date, she still not loosing, because we would be using the bed and other facilities, such as breakfast, bathroom kit, etc. I don't think that is the right way to handle business, I always travel since 1972 and I am a retired person now, I never in my life come across a booked hotel room has been given to someone else, and her manner to support her aft was awful. That's ridiculous.

It was really enjoyful to stay in Rosenhof Hotel! The staffs are very nice and are ready to assist the guests! What can i comment anout the room is that we have a beautiful scene through the window. The bathroom is equipped well and the clealiness is kept well too. The environment is very good and there is silent, i think, it is very suitable for those who like to enjoy the silence for their vacation.
