Great location and great chef”
Rossita wood castle is in a great location just up from the seawall, lots of nearby shops and restaurants. They have the best chef around who prepares delicious, beautiful and affordable meals so why eat anywhere else. Loved dining in their courtyard and the people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Nice Little Comfy hotel”
Thank you Team Agoda for the amazing prices ! The Hotel is easily Located in Princess Street.Very close to the main attractions in Fort Cochin. The Place is very Quiet and the stay was just perfect no unwanted disturbances. The Gentleman at the reception was most accomodating with our request for a Early Check in and even helped us in chalking the route for the places to Visit. A must stay place if you are looking for an Affordable place with clean living spaces.

Good location and value”
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with decent interiors. Even though they have a charming heritage look, the room you get might not be very nice. Ours had no windows to the outside, and it was a bit like a dungeon. We got wifi signal or cell phone reception only if we stood right by the door. But clearly there were other nicer rooms in the hotel. The location is amazing, walking distance from beach area and shopping areas. We were even able to walk to Mattancherry and Jew Town from this hotel. Major con was the food at the hotel restaurant. The service is snail-like and the food tastes terrible. Avoid at all cost! There are amazing restaurants in Fort Kochi like Oceanos (5 min walk from the hotel), so try that instead.

Nice room in convenient location”
This hotel located in the heart of historical fort Kochi. The room is large and come in Keralan wooden design. The courtyard added to the relaxing feel. The breakfast was ok.

Rooms are bad , great location”
Poor Stay We booked a standard double room. They don't show The exact location of The room- its on The alley to The dining place and gives no privacy to the residing people. Its on The ground floor and they give only 1 bottle of water per room per night. Beds are okay, there are no facilities Worth mentioning in The room. Staff behavior is average. AC and its proximity to the Kochi Beach and all the eateries around. Washroom is clean. Gave us 1 hour post the checkout time.

Excellent Stay”
From the very moment I booked my room,Suveesh and Bittin have done everything possible to make my stay a relaxed one. The hotel is very central but in a quiet street. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast is very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately give it a 9.5.

Great place to stay.”
It was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Cochin. We arrived late at night (past midnight) but the hotel staff waited for us to check in. the staff have been helpful to assist us to book tour packages to back water and to sightseeing and shopping in Arunakulam. The breakfast was great but quite slow.

Nice hotel, good place to explore fort area from”
Nice hotel with colonial/heritage feel. Clean spacious rooms, could do with a bit of TLC but still nice. Reasonable value when breakfast is included. We would stay again.

Above average”
Good location and nice inner yard. Friendly staff. That's all. For the rest, as another traveller wrote in his commen: Hotel owner should go back to hotel management courses. Rooms are giving on the patio. what is announced as a balony is in fact a table on the walkway. No fridge, contrary to what is claimed in rooms description. No hot water and ridiculous amenities (2 bars of soap), electricity is pre-Edison. Wifi unstable and sssslllllooowww. We had one of the biggest rooms (paid 100 SGD/night) . Could see the other rooms one morning as they were opened for cleaning: monk cells. Clearly management is focused on the restaurant and consider the hotel as an additional source of revenue without willing to invest in a minimum of maintenance. We stayed in around 10 different hotels in India during this trip : the worst one, and one of the worst of my 7 India trips.

Basic but comfortable - fantastic location”
Great for a place to crash after experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of Fort Cochin! It is very basic, I would compare it to many private rooms in hostels we've stayed at, but staff were friendly enough and it was perfectly located.

Nice stay”
The restaurant didn't have cold water and they sell the bottles at double price (Rs 30 instead of Rs 15) even if it is not chilled. It is very difficult to buy water outside at night because shops close around 7 pm, so when we wanted to buy two bottles they had to go outside to buy them.
