Good”

We got smoking room during check in, even though we booked for non-smoking room and arrived early at the hotel in the morning (before check in time). They should can arrange due to we arrived early in the morning, but mentioned that the room was fully booked. Poor room arrangement by staff.

Comfortable and very helpful staffs ”

The hotel offer more than the major hotels would to a simple family type travelers like us. The wifi was fast, room was big enough for 3 of us . We speaks no Japanese so having a few staff who could communicate in english was really helpful. The hotel is located along the main road on this little district. Plenty to do here but do check out the timing before coming. The steam train was not running and we just missed the fruit picking season. Luckily the Montegi twin ring was open. IF you wish to rent a car, make sure you bring your international driving license. If you have time, you MUST go on the local Mooka - Montegi train. Its the local 'bus'. Amazing rides through the villages with school kids getting on and off it.

Friendly staff, clean neat rooms. Location didn’t seem great but didn’t have any other options as the area was booked out. Buffet breakfast was pretty good, nice hotel

私はタバコを吸わないのですが、空室が禁煙の部屋がなく喫煙可の部屋に滞在しましたが タバコの匂いがしなくて快適だった。

コロナ対策完璧”

とても安心して宿泊できるホテルでした。 スタッフのサービスも過度ではなく足りなくもない気持ちの良い距離感で、いい意味で丁度いい使い心地のホテルでした。 アゴダありがとう。

益子陶器市1人旅”

大きなお風呂もあり、お部屋も清潔に整えられていて、とてもゆっくり過ごせました。翌日また益子陶器市を堪能して、帰りました。

大浴場もあり、朝食も満足！すぐそばにコンビニや外食チェーンのお店もあり、コロナ禍でも困りませんでした。

仕事で良く利用させてもらってますが、大浴場が気持ち良く１日の疲れが取れます。朝食も種類が多く、つい食べすぎちゃいます。美味しいですよ！

駐車場がほぼ満車”

休日と平日2度利用したが、夜遅めのチェックインだった為か駐車場の空きがほぼなし。最後の一台でした。 言えば停めるスペースあるのかな？ 参考までにです。

子供連れ計10人”

大人4人と子供2名で3部屋を予約して、残りの4人は添い寝1名2000円の小学生料金 最高のコスパです。

二泊しました。 夜は外で食べましたが、立地がよく周辺に飲食店が多くあり楽しめました。 朝食バイキングもパンやご飯、品数が多く全て美味しく頂けました。混み合っていましたが、しっかり感染対策がされています。 また泊まりたいと思います。

ルートインは大浴場も最高ですし、朝食が品数多く美味しいです。部屋の清掃も完ぺきです！

家族でツイン2部屋で宿泊”

３連休の初日になんとか予約が取れて家族4人で2部屋に分かれて宿泊しました。部屋は1番端の向かい合わせにして頂き　行き来が楽でした。オートロックじゃないので鍵を締め忘れをして大浴場に行ってしまいましたが、2部屋を行き来するのにはオートロックじゃないのは楽でした。女性用の大浴場はカランが3つしか無い小さいものでしたが、空いているかをフロントに聞いて入りました。女性用の大浴場はフロントに鍵を借りて入るので防犯の点でも安心できました。ありがとうございました。
