A nice clean hotel”
This hotel is situated approx 12 minutes walk from Sakae Station, which is only 5-minutes (2 stops) from Nagoya Stn on the Higashiyama Subway Line.(200 yen)The rooms are comfortable and have a bath/toilet; however, I recommend trying the public bath on the ground floor, just for the experience. There is an internet corner on the ground. The breakfast is from 6:45 to 9:00 and includes western and Japanese food. The staff speak enough English to provide travel information for the area.

A plain hotel with good breakfast”
i booked this hotel on the strength of its very high rating on agoda. well, they give you what you need, but the rooms are small and plainly decorated. our room looked out onto a light well, so there was nothing to see. there initially seemed to be no access to wi-fi: the staff warned us that the wi-fi "might not work," and the computers in the lobby were set so as to filter out all e-mail services. but we found a lan connection in the room, which turned out to work. 5-10 minute walk to sakae station.

Great fantastic hospitality shown. I left some of my items on my room when i checked out. The staff Kinishita offer to send those items to another city hotel to me free of charge, on house. I received my items the next day. Good locations with many restaurants nearby and great service. I would definately recomend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff”
The area is quite vibrant at night. I went there Sat night. All blocks around were all clubs and bars. The restaurants around opened till 3 / 4 am that night. There is a traditional japanese public bathroom/spa in the hotel. It is quite fun to have a cultural exposure. I can tell how much the local people love it. It is quite close to the station. There is also a shuttle from the airport to that area. It takes only 10 min to look for and reach the hotel. It is suitable for those who arrive late. Taking a cab in Japan is rather costly. The shuttle operates till 10/11 pm.

simple and comfortable room. breakfast included. shopping malls around the districts about 10 to 15 mins walking to Sakae station which is a little bit far away. got whole day parking available for about 1000 yen

We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel ROute INN. the beds were extremly hard felt like we were sleeping on the floor. other than that the room was a reasnoble size. small bathroom.

A nice hotel that I will go stay again”
I stayed two nights at the hotel and they provided good services and the breakfast was really good too. Also I love the public bathhouse. The location is not bad where is 10 monutes walking distance from the subway station. The negiave thing is only one person can speak English and the wifi was not available because you had to register in a Japanese site first (the internet is free in room).

very accommodating front desk staff. this hotel seemed to border a hostess/bar area but there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance. close to a train station and plentiful taxis.

Bad manner, we were forced to check out at 10:am in the morning. We had our 8 seater rental car, at first they said the car park was full, then said our car was big, anyway, so many excuses. After they knew us we insisted on parked the car there, they finally said got car space, so impolite and so rude.

イベントに遠征する為に利用しました。 部屋も綺麗でベッドも広く、かといって圧迫感も無いお部屋でした。 お値段も手頃で大浴場が付いてるので、次回も利用したいと思えるいい印象でした。

近辺にコンビニ有り”
地下鉄駅から程近く、ホテル直近の交差点から横断歩道を渡ると100円ローソンが有り便利です。1Fに自動販売機コーナーは、アルコール類の自販機は別になっていて、案内の貼り紙はありますが見つけるのに少し時間がかかりました。
