Staff are very nice and attentive. Kids got kids amenities as welcome bag, inclusive fun size hotel slipper. The kids love it so much. Pool area is really nice and clean. Even the public toilet is clean and smell good. The play area is also very nice and clean. Overall the hotel is new and well maintained. Very clean. Bed and linens are very comfortable. Complimentary drinks inclusive soft drinks and coffee pods (even got mamee for kids) other than the usual mineral water. Walking distance to Pavilion and all the good foods along Bukit Bintang. Will definitely come again in future. Kids are already asking when is our next stay. Please maintain the hotel good services thank you.

Nothing to complain about with the room and location. The room is very clean, including the spotless bathroom and the bed is very comfortable. My only minor issue is with access that the swimming pool and the pool loungers. The steps into the pool are round metal which are quite hard to stand on and the loungers are very low to the ground, making them hard to get up from. The pool itself is large, cool and refreshing with a children’s section and jacuzzi area. There is a cafe next to the pool with staff serving drinks and snacks to the pool area. The staff throughout the hotel well very friendly and helpful.

I booked for 4 nights,2 room from 05/12-09/12, overall hotel location very convenient within walking distance to Ah Lor Food streets, Lot 10, Pavilion Mall, Bejaya Square & Sungei Wang etc. When checked in on 05/12 the room given was dusty & cleanliness of the room is not well cleaned! I am allegy to dust & have asthma hence after feed back to the front desk staff it was changed to another clean room & is much better. However still I find the cleanliness of all the hotel rooms needs to improve further. Both room wifi was not working well, hotel bathroom door needs to repair as when open & closed there was sound, the sound proof of the room was very bad can hear next door hotel guests talking as well as the TV sound. While I think we are enjoying the stay, on 07/12 Sat night around 10.30pm just after my shower the hotel room power tripped! OMG! How could this happened to a 4 star rating hotel & is quite new opened in Jan 2023. All hotel guests needs to assemble at the hotel lobby & waited for the power to resume back after nearly 1 hour around 11.30pm. This is my 1st time booking this hotel, look forward at the beginning but ended up fills with disappointment.! Despite all those hiccups I have mentioned, the staff of the hotel is very patient & helpful to explain & apologised to the individual guests. While waiting for the power to resume back, the staff distribute bottles of water to all the hotel guest waiting at the lobby & trying their very best to pacify all. Sincerely I hope the hotel management have to look into those areas I have listed out. Hereby I also liked to thank the hotel GM May welcoming & serve me on the day when I checked in. Thank you

This has got to be the best experience I've ever had staying in a hotel. I may not be the most well travelled person, but the value for money Vs what we got means I'd definitely come back here again if I come to KL. The facilities were all fantastic, I really loved the shower in particular. I had a great view of the Petronas towers and the rest of the city central. The staff were amazing. The buffet breakfast was amazing. My qualms were that the pool always seemed to be closed when I wanted to use it. I appreciate that it had specific hours, but sometimes they started cleaning inside of those hours. Perhaps extending the hours a little would be a good idea. As a busy tourist I spent most of my day out exploring Malaysia, and so it would have been nice to end the busy day with a relaxing cold swim after all that running around and all that hot weather, even I'm getting back to the hotel at say 10pm or 11pm. I didn't book this hotel for the 24 hour gym, so considering that in my mind it was like a bonus I can't really complain about it, but I do think it could do with a couple more weights machines of a different variety, instead of having as many cardio machines. A sit-up bench that allows for inverted sit-ups would be good. Otherwise I say it was clean and everything functioned well. The prayer rooms (surau) were useful for when for whatever reason I didn't want to pray in my room. They were clean and well-maintained. Like I said, if I return to KL I will definitely stay here if I can get the same or similar great price I got for all the above.

“GOOD LOCATION”
After a grueling 36-hour flight, in and out in different continents, I arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), eager to reach my hotel and get some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, my journey from the airport to Royal Signature in Bukit Bintang was far from pleasant. I opted for a so-called VIP taxi, which turned out to be overpriced and in poor condition. The car reeked of puke and sweat, making the ride unbearable. The stench, combined with the motion sickness induced by the erratic driving, left me on the brink of vomiting. It was a distressing experience that started my stay on a sour note. I choose this hotel as it was stated in AGODA "NEWLY BUILT". However, upon arrival at this amazing hotel, I was hopeful that I could finally relax. However, my early arrival posed another challenge. I was hoping that an early check-in availability, and to my surprised I was informed that I would need to pay an additional MYR200 to access the room before the standard check-in time. Exhausted and jet-lagged, I reluctantly agreed, hoping a few hours of sleep would help me recover. Unfortunately, my plan for a restful sleep was disrupted by daytime construction noise from a nearby site. The constant hammering and drilling made it nearly impossible to rest, let alone get the deep sleep I desperately needed. Adding to my frustration, I was woken up again around 2-3 AM due to loud noises from the corridor outside my room. The disturbances made it difficult to achieve continuous and restful sleep. Despite these setbacks, there are several positives worth mentioning about this hotel. The location is absolutely prime, situated right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. It provides easy access to numerous attractions, shopping centers, and a variety of dining options. For those planning to explore Kuala Lumpur, this location is undeniably convenient. In summary, while this hotel offers an excellent location and has potential for a pleasant stay, my experience was marred by a horrendous taxi ride, early check-in fees, and significant noise disturbances. If these issues could be addressed, it would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.
