Just what I wanted ”
Perfect for a stay near Montmartre. Staff all delightful. Tarik very helpful with directions to the Gare St Lazare. Rooms clean and simple with good blackout curtains. Plenty of normal restaurants and shops. MonoP nearby. And I found a great hairdresser close by, worth coming to Paris for! Definitely good value and will return.

Close to Pigalle metro station in a place full of bar, restaurants, market. Tiny rooms with very thin walls, you need to be lucky to get quite neighbours. Good price for Paris

Good stay for quick get around in Paris”
We liked our stay with Saint George's Lafayette. It had most of the basic amenities, plenty of places to eat around, walking distance to Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, Metro Stations, Super markets to buy water etc. Room was very clean, but missed having a kettle and iron box in the room. Over all it was satisfactory stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a decent stay and quick get around to Paris points of interest.

Pleasant Stay”
Before coming to Paris, I was forewarned by the lack of hospitality & service of hotels. Aside from its price, I considered this hotel mainly for location (distance to train/bus stations) & availability of lift as I travelled with my 84-year old mom. We stayed for 9 nights and everything went well. Staff are friendly & helpful. They even arranged our transfer to the airport which made it more convenient for me and my mom. The wifi, though, needs to be accessed via log in and automatically logged me out when not in use. I had a local sim so it didn’t bother me a lot. I’m also not sure if beddings and towels are changed regularly given the 9-night stay. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you, Hotel Saint Georges Lafayette.

Decent hotel”
Good price on room. Room clean and cozy. Bathroom clean, shower went hot but pressure could've been better. Bed comfortable, power plug next to it. Wifi worked well in the room. Best aspect for me was the electric wall heater in the room - was autumn in Paris and a lot of hotels don't switch on their central heating till winter, so independent heater was nice.

Cute li'l no-frills hotel”
The location is quite nice, the people at the reception are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but that is how it is in Paris, if you go for budget options at least. Breakfast is also available at the hotel, and they can arrange for shuttle service to the airport too. Would recommend this place for sure!

Hotel is near metro and bus stop. Some places can go by walking. It good to save money for transportation. Chinese foods called Haifa near hotel. Good for people like shopping. Haussman just 16 minutes from hotel. Avenue Montaigne 2 stesen from Lafayette. Direct bus number 42. The thing I Hotel is they check out 11 am.

Very friendly staff at the reception makes you feel welcome. Otherwise typically Paris hotel (small room, limited hanging space, no view (my room - rest have beautiful street view)). Clean and functional!

3min walk to metro”
Spent 2 nights there and it was a good stay. Nothing special- price is cheap (special promo), rooms condition ok, and best of all is the location. 3min walk to Pigalle metro; 10min to Montmartre, 15min to Opera. Many restaurants are in the area- so everything is great.

Quaint and nice”
The location is good, a short walk to the Pigalle metro station. The staff was very nice and pleasant, especially the breakfast hostess. The only “problem” was that toiletries were not provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc. Only soap and shower gel. It would have nice to know this was customary European style hotel practice if it is and be advised so guests would know this. Asian and American hotels provide almost everything including slippers. The continental breakfast was a good value @ 6€.

Has the Basics”
The hotel was located in a central and energetic area but we didn’t like the seedy shops around. If you are a musician this is the place to be - tons of music shops! The room itself was rough and smaller than expected but not a bad value for Paris. We could clearly hear people in the hallway and in the room next to us. However, we saw two recently upgraded rooms downstairs and they looked lovely. Friendly staff.

Pretty basic and value for price”
Previously they gave us room 001, which was horrible, the toilet looked like a public toilet and rooms have no windows whatsoever. We requested for a changed and they gladly assisted us. The new rooms they had for us is newly renovated and beautiful looking! Bed is clean and comfortable. The location is the best, 5 mins walk to the metro, carrefour and many restaurants and Cafe all around.

GOOD”
Hotel was nice, room smelled like paint. Now you can take this 2 ways = 1. You can complain about having an old room or 2. You can complain about the smell but having a new room. I have no complain just mentioned it in the review. Staff is friendly speaks English. They make your beds even for a 2 night stay, that is unnecessary. Like most hotels you have to be out earlier than you can get in, that is a minus for all hotels that do that.

Hotel's location is good for this price. But the breakfast provided by the hotel is terrible (bread too hard and is not fresh enough). Customer serice is good.
