Great Hotel”
Had a very short stay in this hotel. Infact I was in Lourdes, for less than 24hours. That was the main reason we took a hotel nearby to the Church. Just 2-3 min walk to the church. Checked in late at night and was well served by the reception staff. Stayed in the family room. Had a great sleep here. Shower + toilet + mattress + pillows + sheets were all SUPERB. Breakfast was awesome, but we were rushing for time and could only spend a short time at the cafe. Once again, was served by a great staff. Would definitely stay here again !! Highly recommended.

It's not as the pictures represent”
The biggest disappointment were the rooms. The pictures show a more modern hotel but in reality, the rooms are still the same old Lourdes hostel type rooms with over soft beds, really really old musty carpets and old furniture. It would've been fine if they had shown this in the pictures. They obviously renovated the common areas but the 2 rooms we were given were very old already. The bathrooms are very clean though.

Good location”
Its a good location 5-8 mins walk to Basilica and away from the busy shops and restaurants that are open till 1am. It's quite small room and very basic. I would appreciate if there's a tea/coffee facility. You can hear noise from the other room &people walking in the corridor. The staff are friendly except for one staff in the restaurant. Buffet lunch/dinner is expensive @18.50 euro, we have to eat outside. Reasonable price but would like to try other hotel next time.

Great location”
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk employees were very warm and friendly. They were able to communicate in English and it is very important especially if you don't know French. I aksed for help regarding the flight tickets and they took the trouble to help me out. The entire hotel staff were obliging. I had no regrets at all regarding the location and the staff. It is perfect. I would recommend anybody who wants to go to Lourdes to stay at this hotel.You will never have any regrets. I can assure you on that. A perfect location.

The hotel is very close to the Grotto. We were also close to a lot of restaurants and gift shops. The staff were friendly and cooperative with our needs. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Moisissures dans une chambre. Arrivée 24h/24 problème pas de personnel d'accueil juste un gentil veilleur de nuit... chambre réservée mais à notre arrivée pas de chambre disponible ! On nous a dit que fallait appeler avant de réserver...sur votre site la chambre était disponible pourtant.

Hotel in posizione strategica, vicinissimo al Santuario e molto comodo per chi vuole partecipare alla processione e alla messa notturna. La camera era abbastanza ampia, mobilio nuovo e molto confortevole. Complimenti allo staff, gentile e competente. Ottimo servizio di pulizia delle camere.

地形的に斜面にある関係から、徒歩利用に対して、一方通行の多い路地経由での車の持ち込みが若干面倒であったが、レセプションの若い女性が乗り込んで案内したくれたので助かった。
