Great”
We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hotel Salvator and will stay there again when we visit Prague. Amazing location, delicious breakfast and huge room with comfy bed!
Great location, friendly staff, good value”
Hotel Salvator is in a charming but relatively old building with a central courtyard, to which all rooms have a view. The rooms are reminiscient of life in one of these apartments back in the day, with the old decor, wallpapers, furniture, and creaking wooden floors. It was fortunate we could not hear our neighbors, as we felt it was impossible for us to walk around without creating all that noise! Either way - these are all nice and good for the rooms if you are into this sort of thing. I am clearly not a huge fan. What I did like, though, was that the price was very good for the location. The hotel is just around the corner from the Namesty Republiky subway stop, and his also a short walk from the old town square and the river. During our 5-day stay, we never once used the subways, and got around the whole city completely on foot. On top of this, the hotel staff were nice and sweet - one of us happened to have our birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff left us a birthday card and some treats in our room as a surprise, which we discovered when we arrived later in the day! These little things are signs of the things the hotel staff do right. There is a dining option on the ground floor - it appears to be a Spanish-style tapas restaurant, but breakfast is served for hotel guests through here as well. We did NOT get to try out this restaurant for lunch or dinner. But we DID get to do breakfast here, which was really underwhelming and terrible cooking for the 8 euro/person price tag. We ended up getting much more luck with the various bakeries within walking distance - Opapa's on the main road just outside the hotel, and there was another one on the Dlouha street a little bit farther off.
Exceptional”
Salvator apartments were very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed.
Nice hotel to stay in Prague”
Excellent location (walkable distance to main tourist spots), reasonable price, clean room, nice staff, strong WiFi signal. The only thing I would complain is that the bathroom stinks especially after flushing the toilet. P.s. the mattress and pillows are quite soft (Information for those who think it matters). Overall, it’s still a nice hotel to stay.
Very good”
Prague was windy during the stay so the windows are quite noisy as the they couldn't be closed firmly. Other things are good.
Exceptional”
Great location convenient to Old Town Square, 10 minute walk from main railway station. Spacious (triple) room with large bathroom. The staff was very helpful with arrangements for an evening boat cruise (do not miss it). Excellent breakfast buffet. This is an older hotel with wonderful ambience which has been maintained superbly. Only negative is there is not air conditioning-while open windows provided comfortable breezes for sleeping, our room being on street side was noisy.
Cosy room and Great stay”
Great location close to metro and city centre. Big and cosy room. Feels very comfortable. Clean for the bed and toilet. Facilities are good except the escalator is slow but it's acceptable. Great value for money. Highly recommended. PS we didnt have breakfast in the hotel but in a 5-star hotel nearby (KC). Best breakfast buffet ever.
everything is nice and satisfy”
There is a Chinese restaurant close to this hotel, just around the corner. The food is very delicious and wonderful price. Their own restaurant is also good, I certainly will return.
Lovely hotel near Namesti Republik”
Its a lovely hotel - with pretty flowers around the corridors, and even the toilet on the first floor is decorated with colourful mosaic tiles. However felt the external decor is nicer than the room which has the old 90s feel, with old facilities and basic amenities all you need to survive - dont expect anything fancy. Room is clean and theme is sweet with pink bedsheet and heavy red curtains. Downside to note is the room doesnt have AC - so its abit stuffy during summer with just the fan. I was also assigned a room next to the walking corridor/ with room window facing the loft lobby. Really no privacy/i have to draw curtains all day and it was summer. Luckily my floor isnt that busy, so i got quiet times. Hotel felt like a flat with rooms to rent out instead of the usual hotel - something which alot people may not like.. i had only a night here so its fine. The only good thing is the excellent location, 3mins to Palladium/Namesti Republik with lotsa bars and restaurants within reach.
Great place”
Great hotel with amazing workers - always ready to help and with a big smile on their faces. Tidy and cozy room. Delicious breakfast and incredible restaurant adjoined to the hotel. Plus, it's super close to Republic Square.
Great value for money”
Nice little hotel with excellent location. Very friendly staff. Quality Argentine restaurant in the hotel. Only caveats are : simple breakfast, not enough towels in the room, and sound insulation.
Great choice for you to stay at Prague”
The location is close to the metro station. The room is neat and clean. Highly recommend to have a 8€ breakfast in their restaurant, La Boca. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
Nice hotel in great location. Very good restaurant”
Big family room. Amazing restaurant!! Had a good stay and would recommend. Building quite old and squeaky floors. Needs some maintenance in room. Safe not bolted down! Apart from that, great hotel.
Worth to stay”
I stayed here with my wife for a short duration (3 nights), it was very cozy and comfortable place to stay. It took us just 5 minutes from the hotel to the Old Town and easy to access to any other featured land marks. Worth to stay.
Stay at the heart of Prague”
The hotel is at the back of Paladium shopping mall, which I believe the biggest mall in Prach's Old Town area (Prach 1). And you can easily walk to many important scenes in Prach, which are about 1km from the hotel. The bad side is most of hotel rooms have windows but face to corridor. I don't know if there is a room with outside view window, but I guess it must be rare. It gives me uncomfortable feeling but probably just for me.
Very Pleasant accomdation”
Totally worth the price!! Will definitely choose this hotel again
Excellent comfortable hotel”
We were in a triple room in the attic. Access is by the outdoor lift (it's in the patio) then a short flight of stairs. The ceiling slopes as it tends to in an attic, and one of the windows didn't quite shut. The safe was faulty. But we were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything else worked perfectly. The staff at reception had good English. The building was pleasantly decorated in a Spanish style.
Great place for family if you want space”
It was great but they did not mention this is another side of the hotel. It was raining and we had to go to other side of building. They should let you know in advance.
Very comfortable place and nice staffs”
it's very nice place and staffs are really kind and helpful. And there is very nice restaurant in the hotel and we could enjoy a perfect breakfast.
Nice location and nice everything”
Staff very helpful and location besides the shopping mall, close to center of Praha, very very nice hotel. Breakfast is good.....
