This hotel doesnt look the greatest from the images online, but its still worse when you get there. Any life you see in the images is not present at all when you arrive. The hotel looks like an abandoned building, the staff completely lifeless and careless. The sun rises directly into the windowed wall, completely baking you in the morning and there isnt a fan in the room. The shower head is so rusted and calcified it legitimately looks like its 100 years old. For the price you can find something much more comfortable. Whoever owns this place, just sell it to someone who know what theyre doing and get on with your life!

STAY AWAY from this hotel!”
I froze all night as there was no heat, no thermostat(January) . I was afraid to let my close or luggage touch the floor it so so filthy! Open drain in the shower-God only knows what could crawl up that pipe.

my husband and i enjoyed our stay at the hotel san francisco. the hotel's rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds and pillows are quite comfortable, which is not to be said of all places we stayed in mexico.

The hotel was 50 metres from the main road that led to the centre of the city. Also it was close to the Touribus Service (a walk on - walk off service that connected all sights. It was also in the safe part of Mexico City. There was accurate information as to the means of getting to the airport. The food services were good.

Excelente hubicacion”
Estuvimos 3 dias en el Hotel San Francisco, recibimos excelente trato especialmente de nuestra camarera Leoncila, nuestro cuarto con excelente vista a la alameda fue amplio, sin embargo es bastante ruidoso porque habia una feria en la Alameda. El hotel esta bien, super hubicado, los cuartos lucen maltratados y necesitan renovacion.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, l'hotel nous a paru bien situé et d'un bon rapport qualite prix. Par contre l'accueil et la reception laissent beaucoup à désirer et ne sont pas à la hauteur.

quand je suis arrive le receptionniste ne trouvait pas la trace de ma reservation j ai du attendre plus de 20 mn.La chambre etait tres petite sans fenetre juste une lucarne qui donnait sur l escalier: on entendait donc toutes les allees et venues des clients qui passaient par l escalier puisque la lucarne ne fermait pas. Beaucoup de bruit des 7h du matin. Le mobilier etait tres rudimentaire et les meubles tres anciens.Peu de chaines du cable etaient disponibles mais la television etait a ecran plat. Pas de porte-serviellettes dans la salle de bain et pas de cintres dans l armoire.Le shampoing fournit par l hotel etait deja entame.Hotel tres decevant.

バックパッカーの方などは大丈夫かと思いますが、ホテル自体古く薄暗いため居心地が悪いです。タオル以外はなにもないです。ドライヤーすら一回一回 誓約書を書いて借りないと行けないし 次の日には返せ！と催促されました。あと夜は酔っ払いが騒いでいたりと最愛でした。Wi-Fiも何回も使えなくなります。スタッフは質問すれば親切でしたが2度と宿泊しません。

レフォルマ通りから少し入る便利なところです。ホテル前の道がいつも渋滞しているので低層階だと車の音が夜10時頃までうるさいです。一部屋に4人泊まったのですが4つベッドがありました。タオルなどは古いです。シャワーのお湯は勢いがよかったです。

ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで雰囲気も良い。 綺麗なホテルではないが掃除が行き届いていて清潔感もありビジネスで利用するのであれば十分。 近くにはコンビニやパン屋、カフェもあり、メインとなるストリートへも５０m程度。不便は無い。
