Lovely canal view room and great location!”
I booked a canal view room that was not in the main building but that’s not an issue. Location is a short 5-min walk away from Rialto stop. Room looked very Venice themed (def not modern contemporary) but it was clean and well functioned, even came with heater in the bathroom! Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly! Nothing to complain about this hotel other than the noise from my neighbors and outside but it was the same for all other hotels I had stayed in Italy.

Excellent stay”
The hotel is a short walk away from rialto and San Marco square with lots of food options. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and really accommodating to our requests. I tried to book again on my return trip but they were fully booked. Definitely recommended! Just a note that there’s a short flight of stairs to the reception area.

A nice cozy 4-star hotel located very near Rialto and San Marco, very clean and reasonably-sized room and the staff allowed us to hang around the reception cafe with coffee even after check-out because our flight was delayed. Strongly recommended!

We took advantage of special offer after Covid-19. Easy access to both San Marco and Rialto. The room was cosy and the hotel staffs were helpful. They brought breakfast to our room due to social distance restriction. Less tourists in Venice at this moment.

Cant beat the location”
Ideal for tourist who wants to explore and get lost in San Marco area. Space is big enough for 4. As expected there is no elevator so staying on the 4th floor is not ideal for older people but since we still can manage, this is OK for us. Breakfast has limited selection but is good.

Fantastic pretty hotel ”
The room was superbly located in busy district but in quiet alley, cute view of canal, so pretty looking inside, concierge is 1 min walk away in another building. He was so funny and welcoming and professional. So worth the money, very affordable, you feel you got more than you paid for. Only issue was our room a/c wasn’t working so they installed a floor one and it meant our window had to stay open to allow a big pipe to go through. Probably just our room otherwise fantastic! Will stay here again. Clean modern gorgeous

The hotel was very well located and clean. Stuff was very friendly. However walls are very tiny in the morning you hear all the voices and you have to wake up for that reason which was not nice actually

Good nice place to stay , ”
All staff was fine , Marco ( reception staff) was the best , Place is close to Rialto Bridge and very close to the boat to the airport ( just a small walk without any bridges ) Breakfast is delicious, the chef didn’t come on time last day and we was in rush , but it was ok , the chef didn’t wash hand during her cooking although she used napkins as she was sneezing, and I asked one of her colleagues to advise her , but she ignored !!!

Great location, shabby room”
Traveled during CORONA time so price was heavily reduced which was the saving grace. The location was fantastic but the room itself was dingy. Mold spots on the bathroom wall, half missing shower door replaced with a curtain, no plug for tea kettle at drink station, poor upkeep of coffee machine/pods, poorly stocked toilet paper and tissues, and low quality beds (double bed was two twin beds together). Staff was nice and 24 hour access was appreciated. Again, location is amazing and would stay if prices stayed low but wouldn't pay full price.

Hotel San Luca is an amazing hotel”
We stayed at the Hotel San Luca for a romantic couples getaway and couldn't have been more pleased. The location is very convenient for getting to many major sights, there is easy access to multiple forms of transit, and the facility is absolutely lovely. We actually stayed in their "Annex" location which is just up the street from the hotel a little ways. The room we stayed in had a balcony overlooking the nearby canal, with a view to St. Mark's Square. Absolutely breathtaking at night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel right in the middle of Venice, for a good price and great service.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff”
We stayed in Venice for only a night and we were recommended to stay at San Luca by a friend. Very glad that we made the choice as San Luca is a superb hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was big and clean. It's also walking distance to the water-bus station and near to many restaurants.

We had a very good stay at Hotel San Luca. The room was big and spacious! Great for 4 adults. Very clean and well equipped. Hotel staff was really nice and breakfast was sooo yummy (the freshly made croissants were 100%). The hotel was located in the middle of Rialto and piazza San Marco, amazing!

Fanstastic”
I got lost when I arrived and called the hotel. They went out of their way to fetch me! Then the following day I woke up too late for breakfast. So they offered me coffee and 2amazing croissants even when the breakfast already closed (7:30-10am was breakfast. I went there at 11am!) The hospitality was simply amazing! Room was decorated in Venetian style. On whatever short rest I had, I managed to sleep and rest very well (I usually have trouble sleeping) next time I come to Venice I will fornsure go here again! It’s walking distance to vaporetto to train station (and other places) and San Marco Piazzale! What more can I say. Thank you for the wonderful time!
