We checked-in for group of 3 but toiletries and breakfast are for only 2 people. Extra toiletries are also charged for an extra. There is also no microwave to request in the kitchen which is unsual for a hotel.

The hotel is small and from airport to hotel is far specially if its rush hours you'll be stuck for 2 hours. They have a parking but limited. The rooms are spacious but not sure about the cleanliness. It's cheap so can't complaint much.

We booked a Premiere Double Room good for 4 people. Room was great, especially the beds and shower room. However, there were some downsides. Upon entering the elevator and our room (esp. in the mini fridge), smell of durian and marang was evident, and lock of the comfort room is not working well. Additional towels exceeding the “standard” 2 towels per room would cost 100 php. Additionally, upon checking in, we were told that the breakfast that comes with the hotel room that we availed is only for 2 people. Additional breakfast/day is 250 php per head. What really turned me off was this one morning wherein the hotel kitchen ran out of eggs and rice, and made us wait for 45 mins for an omelette with no ham (their menu says ham and cheese omelette). All in all, the place is sulit for its price but needs lots of improvement especially on their service and clarity of the inclusions in their hotel rooms.

Value for money, fairly new hotel”
Location-8/10 Quite near SM City Davao (10-15 mins. away) where I had to do field work for a few days. Quite far from the airport though, around an hour to get there if traffic is not that heavy. Taxi ride from airport to hotel was around 250-300. Room-8/10 Room is quite spacious, which is a good value for money. Toilet and shower areas also have division in between, so one could use the shower while your companion is using the toilet. Gave it an 8 because we encountered a cockroach while in our room; room also has complimentary coffee but has no kettle and enough complimentary drinking water to actually consume those coffee. Service-8/10 Check in and check out went smoothly, they would require a security deposit of 500 upon check in but will be returned at check out if everything in the room was left complete and in order. Just had a little problem with communicating our request for Official Receipt since this was booked for a work trip. Prior to our checkin, we already messaged their hotel via FB if they would issue hotel O.R. even though we booked via Agoda. A certain hotel staff named Dindo responded "yes", but to our surprise when I asked for the O.R. upon checkout, the receptionist said that they will not issue the hotel O.R. since we got the room at a discounted price. Inconsistent answers when I clearly inquired about this prior to our stay. Breakfast-8.5/10 Plated breakfast at the rooftop, typical breakfast food (fried rice and your choice of viand from their menu). The front desk would ask the night before for your preferred viand for breakfast the next day.

Enjoyed Our Long Stay”
1st time to book this hotel. It's a bit far from the airport but I still like its location because it's near SM and it's surrounded by a lot of local shops/diners. The rooms are clean and big, breakfasts are available. The staff are all friendly and easy to talk to. Professional even. The only downside is there's no room-service and water boiler and hair dryer is upon request. Iron for clothes costs P300. All in all, still a good stay. Will recommend this place.

We got the premier room for 4 with breakfasts. 2 Big Queen beds, 1 shower and separate toilet. TV can netflix and internet. Location in Matina with alot of establishments nearby especially at Tulip Drive. For improvement is the food and service crew.

Clean, comfortable, cool AC room with a good bed and excellent roof deck for breakfast. I just hope they had a restaurant coffee shop since the dining options walking distance from the hotel are a bit limited
