A Good Enough Hotel”
20+yrs hotel, but inside the room is very clean and comfy located around the city center (strategic) staffs are helpful nothing to expect from the facilities (incl. breakfast, swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna) so I'd like to say this is the hotel for resting overnight, not a hotel to enjoy/indulge in its luxury (coz they got none)

The building is old, but the staffs were nice and helpfull. Our room's AC was bad, not really cool and noisy, so the staff moved us to another room which was better. Dont expect to have a very clean room, since its old hotel, eventho 4 star rate. But when the other hotels with same range price dont have pool, there is pool so kids enjoyed so much.

The hotel is very old and hasn’t been changed much since 14 years ago when we came here often, just some furnitures have changed. The rooms are still very old and need renovation. We had problems with our rooms, we had to call for the technician to change our AC because it wasn’t working, the door handle came off, and there was no water in the bathroom. And then we had to change to another room which had the problem with the AC as well, the temperatures can’t be controlled. The hotel is big with decent facilities like swimming pools and stuffs. The breakfast was below average, nothing tasted good and the varieties were not good enough. A hotel holding 5–star badge should have better breakfast and facilities.

weekend escape”
My wife & I wanted an escape last weekend, we chose Sanjaya for it's located near city's center & quite low price for 4 star hotel. We loved the swimming pool area, it was cozy & near restaurant (we can eat near pool). This hotel is doing renovation but we didn't feel disturbed by noise or dirt.

Good location ”
Stayed for one night here. I stayed here because i wanted to go to church on a sunday. The church is just in front of this hotel. I liked that. But when sleeping at night, you can here the cars, motorcycles passing by. And the AC is quite old and not cleaned. The room is small that only one person can stay here. The bfast is also a turn down. Only few choices to eat. But for the price that i pay, i think it was worth it though.

this hotel was the best one in town at 1990, but now, i need to say that this hotel is one of the worse one in town, the management need to do total renovation for the building, when we arrived and open the rooms door, we smell something not good from inside the room, 3 cockcroaches welcome us, yesss 3 cockcroaches... we request to move to another room, and with unfriendly face the staff give us another key, at the new bedroom we still found another cockcroaches. oh god, the good thing about this hotel is only the pool, little bit bigger but still can not cover the shortcomings of this hotel

Pool and Gym are only open for a few hours during the early day hours. Closed at 5 or 6 pm.. pretty useless... during daytime the pool is full of local school kids all swimming in their clothes.. like a giant washing machine. Water is not clean. Other than that it's a large hotel with reasonably affordable rooms. comfortable enough. Not so close to the shopping streets.. Close to metro train .

The swimming pool is also open for outsiders so not much privacy. Unable to enjoy the gym facility as it closed on Sunday. A budget place to stay with slight creep, overall is ok.

it's not 4 star don't be fooled by theirs ads. the hotel very old and run down. very creepy and haunted. they changed my room twice but still there's something unexplainable that keep disturbing me. eventually I checked out and stay else where. breakfast just so so. they also open their swimming pool to public. stay at your own risk.

Frankly it deserves only 2 stars. Room is not properly maintained. Breakfast is so basic. Whole hotel only has 1 hair dryer. Tv antenna really sucks that u can't even view properly. Expected 10 times better from the price
