It was a nice stayed. Friendly staff with a big smiles and greetings. A fast check in and out, we requested for late check out and its granted although we did it at 11am. Superior room has no mini bar and refrigerator but it was meet santika standard. Swimming pool area need major refurbishment. Due high level Chlorine contain in the pool, you can actually smell it.. and seems water didn't well regulated, we refuse to use it. Breakfast variety is the best in town as well as the room service. We highly recommend santika bengkulu for people traveling with family, business, or the first timer in bengkulu.

the best hotel in bencoolen ”
We arrived on second day, due cancellation flight from batam to bengkulu. the Duty manager has been informed, we might not stay in the first night. He reserved and checked us in room. Second stayed here, not much improved for swimming pool ... crowded and management must rules no swimming without proper swim suit to all guests and strictly prohibited for guest only. So far I seen security guard only asked guest to register their room number, but perhaps they also brought visitors to swim along. Sadly, we found a kid naked swam. Again, we never plunged into water, only played with kids in the playground. We found Santika must redesign the shower room due water trap on the wrong side, not into drainage. Here and santika bogor have same problems. Toilet bowl was perfect. Bed was comfortable, breakfast met santika standards. We highly recommended santika for your stay in Bengkulu (Bencoolen) as well as Mr President of Indonesia choice hotel in town during his stayed.

Nice hotel at the heart of Bengkulu City”
Stay only one night in this hotel was really impressed me. Stayed in Santika hotels in many cities, I always satisfy with the services. The staffs are helpfull and friendly. The hotel is clean and located an the center of Bengkulu. But the swimming pool is too small and closed at 9.00pm. Hope it can open until late. Anyway thumbs up for Santika.

One of the best in town”
I love many things about the hotel. Except that they put me in a smoking room/floor, but the smell in the room wasn't that bad. We didn't talk about my room preference during check-in, although it was fast process and I could check in early, the reception was super helpful. check out was easy too. Most of the staff were attentive and friendly. I love the breakfast. The room was actually pretty big and comfortable. Centrally located and they provide easy airport transfers (pick up and drop off). The hotel was quite busy with families and children and they dominate the indoor pool. I would stay here again if I'm coming to Bengkulu next time.

Good base to see Bengkulu”
The hotel has clean and relatively comfortable rooms. Decor is simple, yet is functional. Hotel seems to be quite modern with fittings that are new and relatively good soundproofing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is ok, average to above average, but it is good to have relaxed buffet breakfast. The location is quite central, walking maybe 15 mins to centre of town, or you can take a public bus (3000 rupiah to the main central locations - benteng (fort), rumah Bung Karno (Sukarno's house), beach). Some other hotels are more central, but this one seems to have the best comfort. This is not a huge town anyway, so a 15 min walk is quite pleasant. The hotel pool is small, but is there for a few short laps if needed. Overall this is a good place to relax while in Bengkulu with attentive and friendly staff.

Great service but small bed ”
We take 2 superior rooms for our family (four adult and 2 young children). Hotel staff was qualified, helpful and nice response for our inquiry. We take king size rather than twin bed but it's seem not enough for me, my wife and my young children (age 2 years). Beside lift are a small room for fitness centre with a little equipment and also a swimming pools, separated for 2 kind of depth (0.5 m for kids and 1.5 m). Breakfast was quite tasty but with only 1 food variant (only fish or only chicken or beef, if you don't like it, you have no option) Overall, we have satisfied with Santika Hotel Bengkulu, with the exceptional above comment

Nice and lovely hotel”
a new and very modern hotel, this is exactly what we're searching for our trip to bengkulu. very clean and neat, also comfortable for small family like us, this hotel is a really lovely place to stay. our son love the swimming pool. it's an outdoor swimming pool but has shelter on top of it, so the sunshine don't go right through our skin. next to the swimming pool is a small playground for kids. it's quite enough for a 3 year old kids to play all afternoon. breakfast is delicious, served in a big restaurant with lots of choices. staffs are nice and full of smile. the thing that bother us a little is the cold/water shower that quite hard to adjust. sometimes it become very hot or very cold by itself.

Bengkulu is a small town with beautiful beach. At night without much entertainment we will probably stay inside the hotel. Clean restaurant with nice Indonesian food make us feel very comfortable. What is more amazing is the TV with so many channels to see will let us pass the night easily.

If you ever visit Bengkulu and look for a convinient hotel, simply pick this hotel. This hotel is the best hotel in Bengkulu beside a couple more hotels. The downside was the price in Agoda was more expensive rather than having direct check in. Usually if I got higher price through Agoda, the hotel would provide me a room upgrade, but not at this time. I think Agoda should check about this.

Great stay, but don't expect too much.”
We were staying at this hotel for 1 night only, but our stay there was great. The staff were friendly even though we brought a lot of shopping bag and had late check in. First impression when we entered our room was minimalist design with enough room for both of us to move around. We got the floor a lil bit dirty but the staff immediately came to our room to clean it up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Santika Bengkulu.

The hotel is strategically located. It's a brand new hotel, and probably the best in Bengkulu. The room is clean and in adequate size. I ordered some food in the hotel, and it tasted good with reasonable price as well. Will definitely come back.

I would say this hotel is the best among other hotels in Bengkulu. First, because it is well known hotel for its brand Santika. The hotel is freshly built in Bengkulu, moreover their standards is confirmed for all Santika hotel chains around Indonesia, we can find the quality of it. The surrounding area is quite calm I would say, especially at night time. The hotel is suitable if you have meeting in this town, or even for vacation this is the most representative hotel in term of quality. You would never be wrong choosing this hotel for stay. The food is okay, some are specific food of bengkulu. The pool is small, very small I would say, maybe around 3 x 15 meter I think. For kids max 10years is ok. Pantai panjang is the nearest beach & most famous beach in Bengkulu, it is comparable to beatiful beaches in Bali. You should try go to the beach, it s lovely view, long beach as the name says it (Pantai Panjang = Long Beach)

A business hotel with a great service”
I was staying 2 nights at this hotel. I was impressed with the friendly staffs, various of nice food and it's cleanliness. Even the location was not near airport, but this hotel can be a smart choice when you have a business matters in Bengkulu. Unfortunately, when I chose smoking room as my room, the window could not be opened. I do not know if it is the standard or it was broken. Anyway, it was not important matters. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel.

Centrally located in business district of Bengkulu, make us easy to reach anywhere and just around 30 minutes from airport by car. One of best hotel in Bengkulu ”
I stayed on superior room for 3 days. The room size really does not matter especially when stay with children. You will not find refrigerator which I think necessary if you visit Bengkulu with hot weather. The room installed split air conditioner type, not proper mounted on wall and take long time to make room temperature cool down. LCD TV wide less than 32" and too far from bed. TV programs complete but some time some channels blocked. During stay 3 times short electric black out.
