The location of the hotel was excellent.. near to the mall and restaurants.. Easy to find because near the toll exit.. The hotel was clean and the room space was large enough... The breakfast menu were also good.. There were many variants of food being served. I already stay at this hotel for few times and definitely would come back. 🥰

Room is small and a bit old, hotel is also small. Breakfast was nice many varieties. What I like the most is the hotel is attached to Teras Kota Mall. I would love to stay here again.

In personally, I have memory this area, so I booked this hotel in 4 years, it has not been changed last time I visited. It means that time passes but facilities is same as last. All staff always work hard and follow manual, but there are insufficient points, which makes guest not comfortable, for example long time wait for check in and out, handle baggage and no information changing wiifi code for guest staying over one day. This hotel is qualified for local guest, especially breakfast quite good to provide various kinds of traditional Indonesian food. For me, that is best point but considerable for guest to have taste of western. I thought this hotel intended to be built as Apartment, so it do not seems to enjoy original hotel facilities. However location and near mall and shop can solve guest daily needs.
