Nice comfy hotel with a reasonable price”
Nice hotel, helpful staffs. We got a spacy two storeys room with a double bed for parent at the main floor and twin bed for the youngster at the second level. The room and bathroom is comfy, but the cleanliness still have room for improvement. The breakfast buffet is quite comfy as well. They run the health protocol very well. The staffs will help you to prepare the food so the guests won't need to touch the buffet. Just tell them what you want and how much do you want it. We stay in this hotel and the breakfast buffet never fail us. Except this time we didn't see any dessert on their display (we still wondering why). But we can still enjoy their Paket Roti Bakar and a cup of Cappuchino on their bar. Overall, it still good option to stay at Malang anyway. Will probably stay at this hotel for next time.

a pleasant place for staycation”
It's the second time we booked the two-floor family room which can accommodate 4 adults and has a balcony. The staff in particular Doris and Alfian were great at accommodating our request to have an early check-in and at helping us move from one room to the other during our stay. The staff at the restaurant were also friendly and attentive to our need as my father had to use a wheelchair. The breakfast has a variety of choice of especially Indonesian food. We will definitely stay in the hotel whenever we go to Malang.

I booked 2 family rooms for my group of 9. The rooms are spacious, clean ans internet was fast too. Staff were friendly, informative and helpfull. Breakfast spread was scrumptious. My only regret is I only stayed for 1 night. Keep it up.

Family room has two storey room. It was huge to accommodate family of 3 adults and 2 children. It has a balcony that faced to the swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were quick. Never had a chance to use the swimming pool, seemed nice though. Definitely will come back for another stay.

It was really a pleasant stay we had at Santika Premiere Malang. It was 2.20pm when we did not get our room key yet and the staff warmly marched us to the restaurant to enjoy the afternoon tea and snacks as free compliment. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice which can accomodate taste buds from youngsters to the elderly. Rooms is spacious.m, the only minor thing we had is only the size of the television which was considered very small. Would highly recommend this hotel to others who plan to visit Malang.
