Just a place to use as a base”
This hotel is a good place to use as a base in Mumbai. It wasn't luxurious, but met our requirements: warm water, aircon and television in room. Going on day trips from here is easy by bus or train.

Value for money”
We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities available for the amount of money paid. The selection of satellite channels was good, the air-conditioning worked effectively and the shower had hot water. Any other needs we may have had was speedily met by the staff. The hotel also provides free wifi.

Located near airport”
The hotel provided us with a free airport pick-up upon our arrival. This proved to be most helpful as Mumbai airport can be very confusing for a traveler arriving there for the first time. Just confirm this arrangement via email before your arrival. The rooms are not aesthetically pleasing, but served the purpose for which we required it, somewhere with basic comforts from where we can go and explore every inch of Mumbai. Our property was save and we had no problems.

stayed in standard budget accomodation, bare wires visible on /ac unit and bathroom switched. room decor slightly better than last room reviewed. still problems with communication with staff.

Confirmed, and prebooked airport transfer, no one arrived. Tel number on booking documents of Manager,(not the hotel), who had phone switched off at 6.00am. Eventually, hired taxi to transfer to hotel. Was told should have rang them on arrival?? Minute hotel entrance lobby, like a small shop entrance. Dingy, damp room, leaking A/C system, rotted wood panels in "Bath Room", lots peeled off paint, noisy from porters sorting out their work outside the room. Food was reasonable for budget hotel, pitty they couldn't work out "black coffee with no sugar" Location reasonable,with a busy street on doorstep

stayed here one night after arriving on the plane from bangkok. it is situated in a very dingy street & the customer service once entering the hotel, was pretty much non-existent. not a great room at all for a considerable amount of money, plus the inclusive breakfast was terrible (a few slices of bread with no butter). i got out of there as soon as i could in the morning.

Clean, staff speak very good English, lady on reception was great, very helpful always smiling and helpful. Owner always there to help also. and the boy selling coconuts across the road has the sweetest coconuts in India. Thanks I will be back
