Really very bad room condition. I never will book this hotel future water dirty, toilet lock spoilt until I must change another room aircond noisy because old ready. extra bed in bad condition so dusty. breakfast not more choice it seem like eating in a store never upgrade the restaurant. lucky stay only one night. I never will recomand to my friends.

Value for money with great nature”
Service level to be improved. In the hospitality industry customer focus is most important. If the customer service is failed the brand name will go down and the customer will not be return or to recommend the same property for sure.

Great location, but poor services”
The hotel is at a great location in Mahabalipuram. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff (except the staff at the reception) are also well-behaved. The major problem with this hotel is its services. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. We stayed for two nights and even the food waste was not removed from the room. We were given only one bottle of mineral water. When asked for another bottle, we were replied that the hotel policy is to give only one bottle for the first day. WiFi does not work in the rooms which are not sea-facing. There is no tea-coffee makers in the room. We heard sea-facing rooms have better facilities. We failed to understand why these rooms will have better facilities in terms of services. Moreover, the hotel people ask enormous charges for the sea-facing rooms. However, our overall stay was comfortable because of the great location. I think the problems are due to management policies which are not adequate for a three-star hotel.
