Very poor standard of cleanliness and hygiene ”
All the linen in the room were very dirty and there's a weird stinking smell in the room, which wasn't addressed even after complaining. There's no restaurant within the hotel premises, rather they bring whatever you order from a nearby hotel, so they don't have 24 hour room service as they claim to have. Wi-Fi connectivity was bad initially but on complaining they rectified it. Location within the city is good, close to the beach and other facilities.

Did not meet expectations ”
Amenities and room services needs to improve. -Out of 3 rooms provided one room did not have proper bathroom fittings and electric switch board. -Rooms were not cleaned inspite of instructing to do so. -Tea not served timely, longest wait time was 2 hrs. - Receptionist needs to coordinate properly and the person should be more cordial. - Higer management was more approachable.
Slow service”
The hotel is 5km away from the beach road and luckily we had our own vehicle. Service is too slow ordered Breakfast at 7 got it at 9. Same goes for tea and water. There's not even a proper reception area or lobby. We had to park our car on the road even though there was a parking lot but according to the staff its all booked it seemed. Never going back to this hotel.

Budget hotel with nice room and service”
It's not too far from CMR Central, where you could find movie theater and good restuarants. Room is nice design, providing hot water for shower, internet in the room at a fair speed. Staff is good help. Foods and beverage can be ordered into the room. LCD TV with Satlelite. Free water bottle.Not far from bus stop and off course a little noisy. Recommend for budget A/C room.

В отеле не дали заявленный завтрак включенный в стоимовсть номера, интернет в отеле отсутсвовал, номера хорошие, кровати удобные, единственный минус стоит на дороге и всю ночь гудит транспорт за окном.
