Good hotel but need to be improved ”
      Location, spacious & good staffs
Ok for us 2 adults, 2 small kids & 1 baby, as long as the hotel can provide kettle, hot water, spacious room, baby cot, extra bed, swimming pool, free breakfast and good price. If you looking for the entertainment and colorful hotel, please find other hotel.

      Value For Money”
Cheap, Very Comfortable & Attentive Staffs
This is more than the 5th time my family and I stayed here. It is a comfortable hotel to stay in. Especially if we did not intend to spend the whole day inside the hotel. Nice Malaysian breakfast menu is another attraction. Even though the room is old but still comfortable and clean. The price is considered cheap than other overrated hotel at the heart of the Johor Bahru city. However, if you have the intention to cross the border to Singapore, this hotel is quite far. Especially for those plan to go for a day trip to USS.

      Good location for business travel”
      Location, price
Value for money with the price charged. Better than staying at budget hotel as you get proper buffet breakfast. However, the furniture was too old. perhaps a little bit of renovation can help. Replace the carpets, upgrade lighting, new furniture, etc. Bathroom is good enough but try to upgrade the pump for higher pressure.

      Nice Cozy Hotel”
Large room, attentive staff and near to commercial centre
It was a pleasant stay but certain issues need to be addressed such as low water pressure in bathroom and the room itself is musty (with those typical ol' hotel smell) but overall is OKAY. Nice bed although the carpeting is in the dire need of replacement. Oh yeah, the aircond is not that cold anyway.

      Great Location and Spacious Room”
Located at Mall Pusat Bandar and Pasir Gudang Bus Station
We reach by bus to the hotel at 3am in the morning from KL and glad that it is just 5 minutes walking from the bus station. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very helpful show us to our room. Although it is quite an old hotel but it was well maintained, clean, with all basic facilities in a big room. Tea making facilites, tv with cinemax channel, well working aircon and hot shower are just some of the facilites available. The breakfast is moderate varieties, and due to its location near bus station, resident can easily get access to almost everywhere with bus from the hotel or with taxi.

Not as bad as others thought...”
The hotel was a tad old but the rooms were clean - no smells, the bedding was changed daily, air-conditioning, bathroom water heater and wi-fi all worked. The staff are a bit harried, but not as rude as some made them out to be. The in-house restaurant had good breakfast and a good spread for dinner (chargeable). The only gripe I have is that it was difficult to locate the hotel - no signboards to guide you and the hotel isn't listed on Google Maps; travellers unfamiliar with JB should be careful. On the whole it was good value for money and I will stay there again.

old hotel with serious need of refurbishment. runned-down building and furniture. hard pillows and mattress, very uncomfortable. other review about cochroaches are true, comes from uncollected dirty plates laying outside tenant's rooms. staffs at reception counter are not well-trained. failed to guide us to our room, only hands down our room key without further explanation on how to get to our room, location of coffee house and swimming pool. kid's pool are very small and not well-maintained. my son's toe got cuts from broken tiles of kid's pool.

Value for money but a pretty old hotel.”
      1. Cheap.RM120 for a 4 star hotel. 2. convenient parking. 3. Delicious complimentary breakfast.
Personally, I think the hotel has not been maintained well as a 4-star hotel. More like a 2.5-3 star hotel. 1. The smell. It has some unpleasant smell upon stepping down from my car at the reception area. After checking in, We went up the lift to the 3rd floor. The corridor has got similar odour, thus I personally suspect that the smell comes from the carpet. Room smells the same, old hotel smell. 2. The room. The bath towel was "worn out" at its edges. A rug-like look if you could imagine.Bring your own. 3. The shower room. 3 panel shower door was spoilt. One of the panel almost fell on me when i pulled it. 4. Water pressure for shower room. Very low for the shower tap and basin. Nearly scalded myself because of this. I suggest to turn the water tap at cold side, let it flow for a minute or 2, then only slightly turn the tap to the hot water side (just slightly). Do not let young children or kids to operate it themselves, dangerous! 5. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel served local food and fruits. Complimentary breakfast for 2. Waitresses are friendly. Omelet is fantastic! 6. Location. 45 minutes driving distance to Desaru public beach, via highway. Very convenient. 7. Value for money. RM120 per night is just wonderful for budget trip with complimentary breakfast.

Its breakfast food is very good. Strategic location and room price
Unpleasant and regrettable. Room is smelly and walkway towards room is very dusty. Service totally not unprofessional. Frequent water supply disturbances resulting in dirty water from tap. Not worth the price and cannot be called a four star hotel.
