This hotel located close to kuantan tower. Room well cleaned, and spacious parking lot. However there are downside that make me think twice to rebook again. Below are my justification. 1) as you can see the first picture, if you are non smoker and got this type of room with this view, You will end up drowning by cigarette smoke because someone else smoke in the toilet and get blown away while the ventilation not good enough causes the smoke get in via toilet ventilator fan. Unfortunately the toilet door is not fully cover the toilet caused the smoke enter the bedroom. Fyi, toilet ventilator fan are embedded with toilet lamp that would need you to open while sleeping to ensure the smoke of cigarette not get into your room. 2) So many hidden charged. I already paid a room with breakfast. However you need to pay extra that didnt mention before booking. Another hidden charged is when you want to check in, you need to pay rm3/day as the receptionist said this is tax for Kuantan Lestari something. I cant recall it but thats the amount. 3) while enjoying my breakfast, i saw some sh!t on the egg, well i think maybe they didnt clean it well before boiled the egg. 4) my type of room, there are no power point near bedside. All of them far away across my bed. Overall i can say this hotel is good. It served the purpose where i can sleep. Breakfast available, Hot shower available and airconditiong room also equipped and not to forget free parking. However there are something that need to be address for Hotel management: 1) Bad Ventilation: As per picture attached, if customer get this type of room with this view, somehow cigarette smoke came in because i think all the toilet facing towards this area where when someone smoking in toilet will then blow out at this area. Then the smoke came into other room via toilet fan ventilation and get into bedroom because of the toilet door are not fully covered the toilet. Not to forger that the ventilation fan are embedded with bedroom light so it cant be turned off to ensure the cigarette smoke not came in. The smoke really annoying at some point i cant even sleep because of hard to breath. 2) So many hidden charges: At first booking, i already paid for breakfast and somehow when requesting for half-boiled egg, the staff showing the 2nd picture where you need to pay for 'some' breakfast food. Another thing was the hotel never mention need to pay hidden fee called Kuantan Lestari Tax with cost of RM3/day. So my stay duration of 5 days need to pay RM15 for it. You should not hide this thing. 3) As picture no 3, one of my breakfast time when eating hard boiled egg, i saw some sh!t on top of the egg. I guess this egg must been never wash first before they start boiled it? 4) There is no power point plug at bedside. Power point only got at opposite of your bedside where it was on the study table. so far away. Not very convinient. That all was my honest opinion. Hopefully hotel management can improve this.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of days during the week and had a really great experience. The location is excellent, putting you within easy walking distance of several attractions, including the famous Cula Cakes shop (must try desserts shop, I went everyday during my stay😂😂), Tower 118, and nearby shopping malls. It’s also close to night markets, others food restaurant and Teluk Cempedak. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I had booked a single bed but asked if a double was available. She was happy to accommodate my request, finding a room on the front corner for me and changing it at no extra charge. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, with both the room and bathroom being cleaned daily. The towels were also replaced with fresh ones every day. I found the room size to be adequate, especially since I was mainly using it for sleeping. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, even bigger than what I’ve seen at some 4-star hotels. One of the best features of my room was the fantastic view. I loved seeing the city in the morning and watching the bustling night market come alive from my window. Just a heads-up: If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the main road can get very noisy on weekend nights due to heavy traffic and motorcycle exhaust sounds. The room amenities were simple but functional. There was a small fridge that you need to remember to switch on, and an LCD TV with standard hotel channels. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast or the top-floor restaurant, but overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
