Understand if the work are tiring, but honey you are choosing to be working in hotelier environment. So u must do what u have to do. 3. For breakfast menu, i think can do better. Its okay. The staff are fast doing their cleaning. Just need to have more variety choices in terms of food. The rest are just okay. Parking spacious, the lift are using sensors. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis – dekat dengan tempat-tempat menarik di Melaka dan mudah diakses. Kamar bersih, nyaman, dan sesuai dengan harga. Anak-anak pun merasa senang karena suasananya tenang dan aman. Staf hotel ramah dan membantu dari awal hingga akhir. Proses check-in & check-out cepat dan tanpa masalah. Beberapa hal kecil yang bisa ditingkatkan: variasi menu sarapan bisa lebih menarik terutama untuk anak-anak dan tambahan menu seperti Nasi Lemak. Secara keseluruhan, kami puas dan akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini lagi jika ke Melaka.

| Malaysia | Family with teensWas given room on the 6th floor, with 2 super single beds. Room quite spacious, even for 2 people. Has a sofa by the window. However, it smells like old hotel. No cable channel. Only local tv available. Although named Riverview, no river can be viewed from the hotel. A bit far from the Melaka center. One spooky encounter upon arrival around 8 pm. Inside the lift, pressed the level 6 and automatically the level 4 button below it lit up, thinking I might have pressed the button accidentally. And upon stopping at level 4, and as the lift door opens, all hairs stood on ends as the whole floor was totally dark, with no lightings switched on. Quickly pressed the close door button, and pray a lot that no "one" followed me. Quickly into my room, and realized that there was no bottled water provided. Called the front desk, and I was told that they provide Coway water dispenser in front of the lift. No bottle to fill the water in, only plastic kettle and 2 dirty mugs available in the room. Smooth check in and check out. Breakfast provided were not that great. Ate then only to fill the hungry tummy. Final review: won't recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and will not stay here again.

Room 715 air conditioner controller panel have broken. Can't view actual setting on temperature control. No outdoor pool. Breakfast just nice for us. But lack of variety compare to Hotel Sentral City Center. Need to add any additional food varieties. But, lunch variety so nice. Have private car park but on own risk parking. Don't park closed to hotel building because birds will spoiled your car with thier dirt. 😅

| Malaysia | Family with young childrenOverall ok..tapi x meet expectations..sebab gambar letak macam ada toys dekat family room jadi anak2 dah excited ..pergi2 kosong je.but bilik luasla..selesa..berbaloi dgn harga.jarak dengan pusat bandar ikutkan dekat je dalam kurang 15km..Tapi ambil masa lebih 30 minit sebab faktor route,traffic light smua..nak jalan kaki pun jauh,jadi memang kena pergi dengan kereta.

Aircond okay. Normal and just decent Breakfast. Dont expect big. Nasi lemak, mee soup, cereals, salads and breads. The main meal are nasi lemak. Overall its value for money Not for long term and comfortable stay. I hope the hotel Read this and work on cleanliness especially. Room odor, bedsheet smell, wall dirts, toilets all need to clean.

Ada parking free, ada guard, ada lift, korang boleh choose nak free breakfast atau beli sendiri. Dorang ada sediakan menu masakn t.hri n dinner dgn affordable price. Staff semuanya peramah n helpful. Kalau korang segan nak turun boleh call staff utk hantrkan mkanan kt bilik juga tau. Best sanggat. Hotel mcm ni la recommended and repeatable.

However, the hotel feels like it’s due for some improvements. The tables in the room hadn’t been wiped, and the air conditioner clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while—you can see the black dust inside. The TV was functional but not HD, which made it feel a bit dated. On the bright side, the aircon was cold and kept the room comfortable. Overall, it works for a short stay if you’re not too particular about the details, but a refresh in cleanliness and facilities would make a big difference.

I booked Via Agoda but I booked on different date and thankfully the Agoda service and Hotel management was very Helpful, where they okay for to change date with the same price I paid earlier. The difference is huge cause date that I want is weekend and date I accidentally booked is weekdays. When I arrived the check in is easy and the room is cozy. I booked the room together with the breakfast, so for me for 3 star hotel the cleanliness is good because the bedding is clean even the room and toilet. The location is just beside the main road but dont disturbed the traffic and parking also provided behind the hotel. They also provide Iron area so it very easy and each floor have water dispenser Hot n Cold. In my opinion for 3 star hotel for me it worth the money and it not looking fancy but it accomodating me and my family very well.

| Malaysia | CoupleTo be honest, I love this hotel. although the reviews about the hotel rooms & hotel facilities are not convincing, but for me it's ok. 3 star hotel, don't expect like a 4.5 star hotel. Old hotel with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, large, comfortable room, cold aircond, mini bar works, tv works well, no bottled mineral water available but there is filtered water outside, breakfast is good even though there are not many options. location in the middle of melaka city, very close if you want to go to jonker walk, taming sari, big clock & other places. For parents who have children who are continuing their studies at uitm or college mara, this hotel is the closest.
