Don’t be fooled by how Hotel Sentro looks like from the outside because once you enter the hotel, you will be experiencing world class services! The hospitality and guest services of Hotel Sentro is simply just 5-star quality. The staff easily makes you feel at home and will always ask you how you would like to have your breakfast (either in your room or a their cafe). Both checking in and checking out was a breeze. If you want to explore Mayon Volcano and the rest of Legazpi City, they can arrange personal tours for you The rooms are super clean, well maintained and everything just smells fresh. The beds are comfy and I slept well throughout the night. The room rates are very much affordable when you take into account the services you get in return. Hotel Sentro’s location is another plus factor. Malls and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. I will definitely stay in this hotel again should I visit Legazpi in the near future.

Been to many hotels both in Philippines and Globally and this is one of the best ones I have been at. Friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Beds and sheets are always changed, overall cleaniless is prestine and facilities are well maintained. Kudos to Mr Ramil and the team for the awesome hospitality and accomodation. Location is at the heart of Legazpi City. Not to mention the superb tour partner and tours guided by Mr Jonel. Will come back to Hotel Sentro during our future travels in Hotel Sentro. The 9.0 over rating of this hotel is as true as it can get. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fam trip with kids and oldies”
We booked this hotel as our last hotel before we go to airport. It was really near everything. You can also see mayon from the window. It would be nicer if they allow you to go up in the roof deck but it was residential so restricted. The staffs are nice and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned (like UV/ozone levels haha). Slippers need to be requested instead of standards in the rooms. Overall, it was a great stay.

Hotel was very clean and the beds weren’t worn out at all. I loved the room setup with table which allowed you to place your things and/or eat on. Plus the bathroom was really clean. Clean sheets, clean pillows, clean bed and clean room. Food could be improved though. The breakfast I ordered with the room was not that yummy

Hotel Sentro is located near establishments like SM, Pacific Mall, Ayala Mall. The room is great, well cleaned with great amenities. What I love in this hotel is the their customer service. The staff are all kind and hospitable. They would greet you everytime you see them.

Truly a valur for money. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast they served were delicious and the staff were very nice and accomodating. I loved the fact that the hotel was very close to three major malls and you can see Mayon when you go outside. I highly recommend Sentro and will definitely stay there again if ever I get to visit a second time.

This hotel has a great location in the center of Legazpi - really close to malls and food options like Mang Inasal. Secure parking and really a great modern room. The water pressure is the best I have experienced in a hotel in the Philippines! Five Stars for the fantastic customer service - every employee was super helpful, friendly and kind. We were a family of three traveling and I loved the option of a room with a queen bed and a twin bed - perfect for 3! Comfortable beds/pillows - We will definitely stay here again.

Love the Souvenir shop”
Love this hotel, simple, clean with friendly respectful staff. Also, this hotel recommended a driver for our group, he was good, knowledgeable and nice. We ended up using him on the duration of our stay. The souvenir shop is selling delicious snacks, local products, at reasonable shop, cheaper even that those in Cagsawa.

Staycation Experience”
We opted to stay at Hotel Sentro during the halfday scheduled power interruption in Albay. The staff were courteous and polite and you could feel this homie feeling and ambiance. I also ask from the front desk if they could allow us for early checkin since I will be working, and they agreed without any charge since as per front desk the room we booked is vacant already. The free breakfast is okay plus the extra bed we have added it is included as well for free breakfast. The location is very strategic as well and accessible.

One of the best place to stay when you are in Legazpi. Highly recommended. Clean, staff are accommodating and approachable. The rooms are clean and tidy. Free breakfast is excellent. All in all we have a great two nights stay. We will be coming back next time. thats for sure.

The Hotel cleanliness is way more than perfect 10 stars. I was trying to reach my item that fell under the bed and surprisingly the wooden flood doesnt even have a trace of any dust. I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone! This is how should all hotels manage their properties.

✔️The hotel is just walking distance to the malls, drugstore, restaurants, etc. ✔️Room was clean and fresh. Alcohol & face masks were also included in their amenity. Plus, I loved the scent of their lobby 💖 ✔️Strong Wifi ✔️Tasty and filling plated breakfast ✔️Great Customer Service. THE BEST HOTEL EVER”
The reviews were really right. I was adamant at first because of the location. It is near Legazpi Public Market. But it didn't matter. Everything was perfect. ALL the staff's services were excellent. Even better than the 5 stars in Manila. One thing i didn't like here was the free breakfast. It was a bit boring. I highly suggest buffet spread. 10/10 would stay here again! Thanks guys!
