到着してから、従業員の方の対応が優しくとてもよかったです。
マッサージチェア、ジャグジーなど置いてあるけど使えない設備が残念でした。

最初に入った部屋では、お風呂から赤い水と砂が出てきました。 仕方なく変えてもらった部屋で、「ご迷惑をおかけしました。確認して大丈夫でした」との事だったが同じく赤い水が、、、、 最後に通された3部屋目も、洗面台の蛇口がめちゃくちゃ熱々のお湯しか出てこない始末。（普通の水の蛇口が回らない状態） 絶対にお勧めしません。

露天風呂付きの部屋を予約できたので、寒かったけど良かったです。 ヘアドライヤーが2種類あったので、セットがしやすかったです(ホコリっぽかったけど)
設備が古く、テレビのリモコンが、注意書きに従っても上手く作動せず。エアコンなど電化製品の音が大きかったです。枕元に電源が欲しい。
