Great hotel, great folks!”
Our stay at Hotel Serena was great, the owners and staff are very helpful and friendly (we loved Filipo's food recommendations). The front office staff were very accommodating, we requested for a bigger room and the next day as promised we were moved to a bigger room with a bigger bathroom. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were attentive and always friendly. There are lots of restaurants in the area, Termini train station is 3 minutes away and the area felt very safe to us. I will stay in this hotel again, it exceeded my expectations.

Excellent Hotel Near Termini”
this is an excellent hotel 200 mts from termini. just take the road via daniel manin and the second left (via principe amedeo). the location is safe though you see lots of bangladeshi's mostly busy with their restaurants and other italian restaurants being near termini gives you a variety of transport options to every tourist spot in rome. its also easy walking distance to the colosseum and fori imperiali and right next to santa maria maggiore. the room was spacious and well kept. the hotel has a decent lift considering many hotels in rome have the cramped elevators. the staff is excellent they are always smiling and helpful. the breakfast is good and has enough choices to power-pack your day, the barista does make some good cappuccinos, the only issue being the timings seem to be a bit lesser 7.30 am to 10.am we alsmost missed the breakfast as we had gone out on early morning tourism but the barista was accomodative and let us have our b'fast though we landed just at the time closing. the stay was excellent, definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

excellent value and location”
This hotel is located only a block or two from the main train station in Rome, Italy (Termini). I took off one star on facilities because the mattress is quite hard, but otherwise everything was lovely and very clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby. There's an elevator, good wifi, air conditioning, even a bidet, and an extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. The price was more than reasonable, and the location was super if you plan to use the Metro to get around.

Exceptional”
Good location, few minutes walk to Termini station. Simple breakfast. Toiletries are provided except for toothbrush/ toothpaste. No slippers too. Has an ancient type of elevator, the one that you open the grill door with maximum capacity of 3 people which i think is an interesting addition to your experience in this eternal city. Room is bigger comparing to others on the same price range. Wifi is a little slow. But I can say this is still a good deal and i am recommending this hotel.

Convenient location ”
This is a 3 star ⭐️ Hotel situated near the train and bus station, Termini . There are many restaurants and shops just outside. The hotel staff are friendly and my single room was spacious, the bathroom is really clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were extremely comfortable also. This being a 3 star hotel, you only have to pay €4 per night, but in a 4 star you have to pay €6 per night, and honestly this Hotel is just as good as a 4 star, if not better in my opinion. I would definitely come back to this Hotel next time.

Great location, clean hotel”
On the positive side it was a very clean room (except for ants) in a very good location with friendly staff. Many great resaurants in the area and only two blocks from the termini station. We were able to walk to all the points of interest in central Rome. On the negative side I felt the hotel was over priced and room was spartan. Also it would have been nice to have an english station other than CNBC on our 1970's vintage 14 inch tv (of course we didn't go to Rome to watch TV)

Perfect location”
My sister & I stayed here for 2 nights, then to Venice to go on a cruise. WE had a 12 hr flight into Rome from Singapore....then spent an hour dragging our heavy bags around the streets. This was due to the fact that the "little blue bed" marked on the map which I printed from this website was WRONGLY placed. It also happened on another map for a hotel in Rome. This was very frustating, being tired didn't help.We wonder how many others have had this problem.Apart from that we loved this place!

Excellent Location”
Location about 5 minutes to Rome Central Station, so quite handy for travel to other Italian Cities. We came by fast train from Milan and walked (with luggage) to Hotel. Also Station has access to the Metro, so you can get around in Rome quite easily. The Hotel was quite small (as was the rooms) and looks to need upgrading until you realise that it is probably a heritage listed building (as are most old buildings in Rome) which would be next to impossible to get government approval to do.

Value for money close to Termini”
Rooms are small but adequate and clean. Breakfast is included making this hotel real value for the money. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's a great location with restuarant and cafe options close by. And really near to Termini for trains in and out of Rome, plus access to buses around the city.

wonderful location”
Very good location, only 3 to 4 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, many other attractions are also within walking distance! There are many restaurants around, a restaurant is just opposite ,so there will be some noise in the evening. The room is quite small, but consider the price and location, still worth recommending!

Nice hotel”
Friendly and helpful staff. Had to catch a very early train one morning at 7, Danielle was kind enough to let us help ourselves to the breakfast even though the restaurant wan't open until 7.30am. Just a short 5 minutes walk from Termini. Has an antique elevator right out from slient movies era. You can guess how old. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Excellent staff, good location and breakfast ”
The staff members are EXCELLENT! They are very helpful, try their best to answer your requires about Rome and always give us some kind reminders about our travel (which I think some of them are quite useful). Good Breakfast with hot coffee and warm water; impressive vintage-and-stylish lift; location close to train station with a small supermarket in the opposite side. The staff is really good.
