Aircond kurang sejuk, tandas air perlahan, dan katil kurang praktikal”
Semasa sampai saya disambut baik oleh staff seri malaysia, staff memberi kunci bilik pada saya. Tidak tahu dimana silapnya bilik yang diberikan tiada air, hanya sempat suami dan seorang anak saya mengambil wuduk sahaja. Saya telah membuat panggilan ke front desk menggunakan handphone saya kerana tiada apa2 nombor yg diletakkan berhampiran telefon bilik hotel. Saya memohon bantuan bagi masalah air tersebut, front desk kata akan hantar staff untuk bantuan. Dalam 10 min jugak kami menunggu tiada sesiapa yg muncul jadi suami saya turun ke front desk utk memanggil staff sbb kami masih belum solat zohor. Abang Maintenance datang dan sahkan memang tiada air. selepas mereka berbincang dalam walkie talkie mereka mengarahkan kami berpindah ke bilik sebelah. Di bilik sebelah ada air cuma tak berapa kuat, air di bidet jamban agak kecil dibandingkan dgn sinki & tempat shower. Flush tandas pun slow hurm xtau nak kata ape. Katil pula diletakkan 1 queen & 1 single agak berpadat untuk kami berlima di dalam bilik family tersebut. Aircond pula kurang berfungsi (hidup segan mati tak mahu) kene duduk @ baring betul2 berdekatan aircond klu tidak memang xrasa langsung. Waktu kami masuk bilik tu bau sangat wangi dan panas. bila malam nak tidur sangat amik masa untuk aircond tuh bekerja sejukkan bilik itu pun hanya dapat sejukkan di bahagian katil yang kami dah ubah kedudukan sahaja. Saya mohon maaf kepada pihak hotel kerana terpaksa gerakkan katil sebab jika katil kekal mengikut layout, "1. katil kurang praktikal utk kami sekeluarga 2. Aircond memang xsampai ke katil queen". Tiada kipas tambahan disediakan jadi kami terpaksa alihkan katil berdekatan aircond sebab bilik memang sangat panas sewaktu kami masuk. kami pula kerap keluar masuk bilik, jadi aircond memang lambat sejukkan bilik. Bantal ada 6 biji pada saya sangat ok. Lokasi sangat strategik sbb jalan kaki sedikit je nak ke pantai cuma perlu hati2 sewaktu melintas jalan (kereta bawak laju2 macam tiada hari esok walaupun dah nampak kami di hadapan zebra crossing), tempat makan pun banyak. Staff friendly lagi2 Abang maintenance & Pakcik guard. Overall berbaloi jugaklah percutian kecil kami kali ini sbb anak2 happy dapat mandi kolam agak lama lagi2 hari bekerjakan tiada orang pun di kolam melainkan kami sekeluarga je dan adalah satu keluarga lain. cuma harapan saya dapatlah pihak pengurusan untuk perbaiki kualiti bilik dari segi aircond, jenis katil dan air di dalam tandas sebab saya agak kecewa dengan fasiliti bilik lebi2 lagi kami menginap 3 hari 2 malam di sana. tu belum lagi cerita bidet on sendiri, pintu toilet terbuka sendiri, tempat hanger dalam almari bergerak berayun sendiri dan bunyi orang melompat2 serta ketuk2 dinding kul 2 3 pagi..Tapi kami ok je sebab PDkan cuma anak2 je yang takut hahaha.. Maaflah sebab kami pasang ayat ruqyah agak kuat beberapa malam kami di sana😅 mungkin saya lebih pikirkan aircond n air toilet dari pikirkan bende2 lain..hahaha #reviewjujurberdasarkanpengalaman

Everything ok. Room was clean. Toilet a bit small but ok for small size asian family with 2 kids Air conditioner not cool enough even you put at lowest temperature but can still sleep. The toilet at Saujana Beach in front of the hotel was closed on renovation or something and because hotel policy you cannot enter with wet clothing, so we had to go to Teluk Kemang beach. Hotel Swimming pool look nice but I dunno where to change cloth or hotel toilet, due same policy you cannot be at foyer or lobby with wet clothing I decided not to use the swimmingpool. I'm fine with the hotel policy anyway. The breakfast for me is acceptable. Not much choice but I'm fine with it

Reception staff very helpful & nice to customers. Pls keep it up. We got standard room, bed is okay , room is clean with standard supply. My opinion, certain toilet accessories need for changed & upgraded. For example pls change rusty steel towel rack at the bathroom. For improvement, I concern about safety at the hotel facilities, because something happened to others customers son who fell from stairs at pool in front off my eyes. I'm very hopefully that the management will take notes about customers safety at the hotel facilities , there are slippery stairs at at pool, we hope that hotel management can take a look for that and will be improved it more better for customers safety for future. We seen the notifications about that in our room and it's good information for customers. Will come again for holiday and expirence new look and better progress next time. Pls do not hesitate to contact and inform me for any update and next hotel promotion . Hopefully there will be more good & better.

Quite disappointed with very very limited choices of breakfast. Paid RM20 to added one more person, on Sunday morning, we just had nasi lemak, mihun, nugget which slice into 2 (this really made me laughed), soto, gardenia bread, watermelon, 10 slices of a pandan sponge cake, santan pudding. RM20 for those. Drinks were good, we got orange juice, plan water, coffee and tea. There's no more egg section, roti canai section which I used to had before. Once upon a time breakfast at seri malaysia were big. Rendang was so good, with 3 choices of bread. Egg section and roti canai section were the top star. Now no more and with the limited choices on Sunday morning, I think it's quite pricey. Standard room was good, clean but with in-room fridge. Yet they replaced with with iron board and iron. The telephone was out of service at all. And there was only one wall plug. So you guys better bring your own extension plug. Wonder what happens to seri malaysia until they need to cut breakfast like that. Overall, I enjoyed my time here with my wife. Thanks a bunch seri malaysia, hopefully lot of variety breakfast will come back like before.
