On 4th oct I arrived hotel get key in room then go toilet problem can't go in but full water flowing. Staff work cleaning serve very good do toilet for me and staff hotel service very good friendly. I recommend hotel seven nite very good service. Again I will go there.

'Happening' Hotel Stay”
The location of the hotel is directly at the Chinatown area. The location is near to 3 KL Transit Line. It comes with the basic facilities like a hostel, minus the sharing of room (at least not for the room that we have booked) and kitchen. There are only two free mineral waters provided during our two days stay. The hostel lobby look grander then each other level of the hotel. The room size is considered small for a twin-bed room, however the toilet is in moderate size. The room does come with television and in-room telephone, with no safe deposit box and cupboard (if you need any of these). The television has a poor reception and has only Malaysia Channel. It comes with bath towel, comb and toothbrush. The hotel has an elevator which operates very slowly (which broke down one out of two days of our stay). During one of the other day that we stay, there is no water for quite a while till we give up waiting and carry on with our plan for KL. However, you will need to climb a flight of stairs before reaching the reception for check-in and the lift to the room. The wifi is provided for free. The aircon in the room is controllable (not centralised). Have been to KL a lot of times and usually will stay in Chinatown area. The location of this hotel is good, however the price does not seem to be as attractive when compare to others around the area. Our room is situated near to the staircase and there are cockroaches crawling into our room from the gap between the room door and the floor.

Short & Sweet”
We arrived at 3am. Much much earlier than expected because the coach dropped us off at the bus terminus close to the hotel instead of the one that's much further away and would require us to take the morning train to the hotel. Since check-in is at 7am, we planned to leave our bags at the reception and have breakfast at a nearby coffeeshop but the manager saw that we were travelling with 4 young children. So he allowed us to proceed our room and check-in after we've rested. I didn't catch his name but we really appreciate his thoughtful gesture. We booked a family room, so there was a double-bed and a single bed as well. The room was clean and quite roomy. But since the hotel is next to the main road, it could get a bit noisy when cars honk their horns. The soundproof windows do reduce the sound a bit but the really loud horns can still be heard. The room doesn't have a safe nor a fridge. And the kettle for boiling water is shared among the guests. So, you have to call reception for it. The room service was quite prompt and the staff were friendly. You have no problem with getting something to eat if you stay at this hotel. The eateries next door serves excellent Nasi Padang and Roti Canai. There's also Mac, KFC and Nandos nearby. And just a street down is the famous Petaling Street. If you want to explore KL, just 150 meters on either sides of the hotel are LRT stations which can take you up to KLCC or down to Bukit Bintang.

Very noisy from the main road”
Its been quite long for my accurate review but what i can still remember are slightly disappointed the actual room from photos, wifi didnt work and the main reason for this review is that the loud noise from outside can easily affect your enjoying watching tv in your room

The room was rather small compare to all other hotels I've ever stayed at. but it was clean enough. the first day, the was no hot water running but I was too tired to go to the receptionist to complain. other than that, everthing else was good. the staff was very friendly. the bellboy helped us with the taxi to go to Malacca (the taxi driver was so nice) and even refused when I tried to give him tip. this hotel is surrounded by many Chinese restaurants and they're all very cheap. we have 4 adults and 1 kid. normally it cost us around RM40-50 a meal, including drinks.

Is a new hotel with nice rooms”
Is a really great hotel with very polite and kind staffs. They let us put our luggage in their store room when we checked out and we came back to collect them around 6pm. The room environment is good and clean. Very nice design for the deluxe room.

budget stay in the heart of KL”
My stay at Hotel Seven Nite was rather a disappointment. I arrived late after work to a grumpy check-in staff who lamented on my late check-in as well as my late (recent) booking. I did not feel welcomed to the hotel at all. The room I originally booked was unavailable, so I had to make do with a cheaper/smaller room, in which the bed was actually a mattress laid on hard flooring. The bedsheet was stained and towel smelled bad, and I even discovered a cockroach later in the toilet. The hotel was clearly aging, and the general stench and lack of cleanliness in the room was rather disappointing especially for the price I paid. Clearly barely even a 1-star hotel.

Centrally located, friendly staff, free wifi”
All that you need for a hotel. towel provided. Walking distance to KTM and LRT. walking distance to petaling street. I love the stay at there, straight away book 2nd night at the same hotel again due to their nice indian woman staff who are so friendly. Can borrow kettle if you need hot water.

I definitely recommend staying in the standard room as without windows it is much more quite. Also the superior room only means that you will get the window, the size of the room is the same. The cleanliness could be better. As regards the size of the rooms it is fine just for one or two nights when you do not need to unpack your staff as there is no place to put it.

Smelly in room. Unfriendly staff(the day shift). We booked the taxi to the next hotel in advance, but the taxi didnt show as we expect. Seems like we booked via the staff in night shift, so the day shift staff didn't know our request. Yet, when we told her our problem, she didn't show much enthusiasm to help. We ended up with taking another taxi, and already 30minutes late according to our schedule.

Noisy”
So noisy because of the street. You can hear everything inside the room. Had to change because the room I booked was on the main street. Still was noisy. AC is a bit too old.
