Buffet dinner spread is good”
Friendly staff, onsen facilities very good
The buffet dinner and breakfast has a lot of variety, it is worth to take it.
A little dated, but good facilities and food”
Hotel rooms are a little dated, but we loved the buffet spread especially for dinner. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. There is an impressive selection of (mostly Japanese - not international) food offered. Breakfast options weren't as extensive, but still not too shabby. The onsen comes from a natural hot spring source and the notice on the wall even said that it was drinkable, albeit in small amounts. There was an indoor and outdoor onsen. However, do be aware that the outdoor onsens, especially the male one, is visible from some parts of the hotel. I was walking around the hotel complex when I suddenly caught sight of a naked man with only a few meters of shrubs and grass between us. Taken by utter surprise, I started giggling and he abashedly covered his vital parts with a towel. So do take care. The hotel staff offered us top notch service, all very polite and a few even spoke very good English. They were able to offer us advice, all in English, on our itinerary.
Good food in dinner and breakfast, but old hotel. ”
First I got a room which is old, full of stains on the carpet, smelling of the sewage fromthe toilet and noisy air conditioner. Luckily, they have another to change. If the room is not good, the hotel should not sell it to the customers. The food there is excellent, though.
