Good location but little else”
This is our 4th trip to Tokyo and apart from Good location but that is about all the positives. Very dated furnishings and stained or torn which need replacing. Outside noise can be heard as windows not soundproof like most hotels. Rooms have thin walls so can hear people in next room. Cleaning not done throughout our 5 day stay so no clean towels, bedsheets or rubbish collected. Will not be recommending or staying here again.

The hotel is very old and pricy. ”
Pros: - localisation - big room Cons: - price - dirty, there were stains on the carpets and walls, the toilet was dirty as well. We got towel with someone's adhesive plaster glued to he towel - very little amount of power outlets and noone near bed - no card system so every time you have to leave key at the counter - there is AC but we didn't use it since the room was really dirty so I was afraid of the cleanliness of the AC

No more next time!!!!”
That location itself shouldn’t sell to family traveler, especially with kids, too many pimps around. Rooms really dirty and dust all around, you will see it on the TV, table and walls, one more thing I can’t excepted that the mold in the bathroom. Also I had very bad experience a pimp (I saw him few times on the street) knock my door at 1 AM, very low security and everyone can comes in to any floor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to my friends and no more next time. To Agoda, please don’t sell this hotel to family traveler.

Good location, clean hotel”
This hotel is situated within 10 minutes' walking distance from Shinjuku Station, and 5 minutes from the subway system entrances. The district is Kabukicho in Shinjuku, one of the bustling main entertainment areas in Tokyo. The road the hotel sits on is Kuyakshodori, the street where the Shinjuku Ward Office is located. By day it's good to walk for anyone, but by night Kabukicho transforms into its 'Mr Hyde' mode, so young families might want to avoid wandering the streets at night, or their education might receive an 'interesting' boost regarding night clubs and drinking spots:) The hotel itself is excellent value for money. Better to book via Agoda, because the rates are excellent. The rooms are clean, and nonsmoking floors are available. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel where snacks and beverages can be bought, because there is no minibar in the room although there is a working fridge. The reception staff are very helpful, and speak English . Highly recommended!

God value for money”
First off, value for money is very good, and the nonsmoking rooms are free from any odours suggestive of having been doused in a powerful commercial cleaner, in other words, truly smoke-free. In addition, the rooms are of a reasonable size, and well-maintained. There is no breakfast or minibar although there is a fridge which the canny traveller can fill with their own collection of goodies purchased (much les expensively than the usual minibar) at the convenience store right next door to the hotel. Check-in time (15:00) and check-out time (11:00) are strictly maintained, although half-hour extensions can be organized at ¥1,500 each. Those travelling with families, or those of a slightly nervous disposition should however note that the Hotel Siena is in Shinjuku's Kabuki-cho, the well-known 'underbelly' of Shinjuku, which springs to raucous life at night. This, however, might in fact be an attraction for some!

Spacious rooms, located in a heart of Shinjuku”
the hotel location is great. really close to station, uniqro, isetan, marui, takashimaya, game centre, and restarurants. the room is spacious compare to other japanese hotel I stayed... The surrounding a little bit noisy but that doesnt really bother my sleep. The downside is the hotel doesn't provide wifi at all. It's in Tokyo however no WIFI.... too bad... the hotel isnt recommended for family due to its location really near to the red light district.

Great location but is at res light district with many handsome and cute men hanging around at the st”
I love the hotel. Love the location , near to Shinjuku station. I like the unique location that it is located at red light district. Not so suitable for families I guess. Because there will be handsome men around at the streets at night but they won't disturb you. Very spacious room and great bathroom.
