good place for business trip. the kindness of staff was impressive. free wifi service provided good air conditioning No clock in the room but it did not bother me. Room light switch was too far from the bed. But table lamp was on the bed side table Good Hotel with reasonable price

What we always look forward to is not just a good hotel deal but also good service. We stayed here at the start of our week’s stay in Jeju and also at the end of our stay. Sad to say the staff are not friendly nor helpful and even sadder to say this has been our experiences in most ALL the hotels in Jeju, except Seoubong Beach Hotel @ Hamdeok. We really wish to see some basic manners and customer service training for hotel front desk staff in S Korea. It would really make a world of difference in customer’s stay and experience here!

This hotel location is prime because it’s near shopping and eateries. We don’t like the front desk staff at all - unfriendly and unhelpful. Though we may recommend this hotel because of it’s convenient location, we may not come back here to stay because of unhelpful n unfriendly front desk staff.

Big kids. ”
Hotel wasn’t so bad! Parking was inconvenient and hotel staff wasn’t much helpful. Room was big and spacious and had a double bed and 2 single beds. So I was happy with that! But the walls are so thin you can hear drunk people next door until 2 am! 🤦🏻♀️ if you want to travel with older kids and not have to get second room. This is the place. But know you get what you pay for!

We have high expectations since this was a known hotel chain but it's lower than expected. The lobby was okay but the rooms and washrooms were tiny and dark. So are the windows. There was nowhere to sit except infront of the cabinet. The parking could only accomodate few cars good thing there's a public parking right beside it.

i don't recommend you to stay”
the ac in the room is not cold and the room smells. then we complained and the staff asked us to move rooms. then we moved rooms, the room was big but very noisy and the walls were not soundproof, toilet facilities were incomplete, and the car park was very small and annoying. the laundry machine is very dirty and smelly, all of our clothes are dirty after being washed at the hotel.

Discrimination ”
The staff attitude is really bad. If you are a foreigner, they will give you the room on the parking floor, which next to the parking area, especially the staff who named Yeongju ko. There are no air conditioners, the room is extremely hot even if you open the window.

Hotel with good location & clean”
The hotel is situated in a good location, a lot of eating places in walking distance & shopping too. The hotel room was very clean & met all the basic needs for all 4 of us. Staff can converse in English & Mandarin, was helpful when we ask for direction. It was our first time in Jeju so I can't vouch to say it's the best location to be in, but I definitely will choose Skypark Jeju 1 hotel again on my next visit.

LOVE this hotel!”
Stayed in the princess room, my mom was super happy with how pretty it was. The room is not super spacious, but still plenty of space to move our legs and luggage. Bathroom is nice though not in the modern side. Room smells nice! This hotel is nicely located in Jeju City. Well the staff were not very friendly, but I didnt expect that much from Korea anyway. Thankfully I speak both chinese and english, because staff speak chinese more than english. And honestly it was quite hard to understand since I'm not a native chinese speaker as well. Overall, will definitely book again and recommend to others!

good location, clean room and excellent laundry room!”
we were family travelers with two children. We reserved quad room and that was spacious enough for one double bed and two single beds and coffee table and chairs. Our room was clean and air-conditioning was great! we have stayed there 4 nights, and housekeeping was also very good. It was not a fancy luxurious hotel but considering the price we had a very satisfactory stay over there. One of the best things of this hotel is the laundry room, because we have swimmed several times, so we had tons of laundry, so the it was very helpful for us!

Location was great for catching a morning flight. There were alot of shops around the hotel where you could go about shopping for last minute items before you leave. Staffs tried their best to help you but I felt that there were a lack of staff as when we checked in there was only one guy at reception and he was helping several guests all by himself. I do salute him however as he really did do his best to accommodate to all the guests. Nevertheless, the hotel was super clean and rooms were really big for the price paid.

If you are a independent type whom need not much assistance during the stay in hotel, SkyPark will be a good option in term of location and value for money. Cause most of the city hotel just next to each other's or different of street that's all. The only difference will be how helpful the hotel staff will be. As not many Korean speak good English. And they barely could provide assistance such suggestion of where to eat or place., boxes for packing etc.. Facilities of hotel in city not important cause after all you will spend more time on sightseeing and shipping. Skypark provided the service that they should. Only once a day housekering cleaning, check in and check out. Luggage weight machine in lobby. Mandarin speaking staff. The room are clean and 7 minutes to airport. A basic hotel without concierge service..
