I stayed at this hotel with my wife. The hotel was clean, including the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was good. The toilet had a washlet and was comparable to those in Japan. However, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided, so it would have been perfect if they were included. Other amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, solid soap, hair comb, cotton swabs, and cotton pads were provided, so there was a complete set of bathing and grooming supplies. The shampoo and conditioner were not much different from those sold in Japan, but my wife, who has long hair and is particular about hair care, brought her own supplies from home. There was no skincare provided, but there were many shopping options nearby, so my wife was able to purchase skincare products and try them out immediately. The coin laundry was clean, and the clothes came out well. There was also a convenience store in the hotel that was open 24 hours. The staff spoke Japanese well, so there was no communication problem. They were very polite and provided a sense of security. They lent us an umbrella when it rained and arranged for a taxi at 5 am. The concierge was available 24 hours a day and responded to requests from a wide range of age groups, including families with children and elderly people, making it a safe and reliable hotel. My wife enjoyed shopping, so it was very convenient that the hotel was attached to Hyundai Outlet and Doota Mall was just a few minutes away. The place to leave luggage before check-in is on the 1st floor, and the check-in front desk is on the 14th floor. When I left my luggage on the 1st floor, it was all okay in Japanese! I was surprised that the staff were very good at Japanese (laughs). I had no trouble because everyone at the front desk also spoke Japanese. It was very helpful because I can't speak English or Korean. There was no mirror on the desk in the room, so if you want one, you have to contact the front desk, but when I said in Japanese that I wanted a mirror, they understood and brought one to me...! The room was spacious enough to spread out two suitcases for two people. However, I had a hard time figuring out how to use the shower. I was able to switch to the shower by searching, but it was difficult. After turning on the water, you have to switch a knob-like part to get the shower to come out. I didn't understand it well either, so maybe everyone else will be confused too...! They clean the room every day. I was in the room around 11-12 in the afternoon, but they changed and threw away towels and garbage without any concern! The shampoo and conditioner provided made my hair feel rough... It might just not have suited me, but I thought it would have been better to bring refillable shampoo from Japan. Also, the hairdryer was difficult to use. It didn't dry at all... This is always our go-to room for a trip with three women. The room is well cleaned and spacious. There are three beds, but they are not tightly packed together, leaving enough space to walk between them. Even with three large suitcases in front of the beds, there is still plenty of room. This time, our room had a bathtub and a sink next to it, as well as a separate shower booth with a curtain and a toilet. It was very convenient for two people to shower or bathe at the same time. The showerhead seemed to have been changed, and the mist shower with soft water pressure was really comfortable. Of course, there was plenty of hot water too. The hotel is located near several train stations, and there are many shops around, making it very convenient to go anywhere and do anything. We even walked to the Kangan Market. The hotel always smells nice, which is also very relaxing. We tried to have chicken delivered, but it was not allowed. Perhaps there were issues with garbage in the past. Sometimes we look for other hotels to stay in, but we always end up coming back here. It is especially recommended for triple trips. ^^

We often go to Korea as a family and have tried different hotels that accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). This hotel was one of the biggest and most spacious one we have stayed in. Plenty of room to walk in, pack and open our luggage. Also liked the fact that there is a closet where we can organize our clothes. The toilet and shower are together in one room while the tub and sink in the other, making it easy for us to get ready in the morning. (Take note, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste). Only paper cups in the room but we didn't mind. I also like that there is a common kitchen area per floor. We can get water, heat our food and eat it there as well. There is a convenience store in the lobby as well. For the location, airport bus, bus stops and subways all nearby! Lots of restaurants and malls too! If it's too cold (we travelled during winter) you can pass by Hyundai duty free, then Hyundai outlet and that's connected to the hotel. We really felt comfortable in our stay here and I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for 5D4N, location was superb! in between Dongdaemun Station and Dongdaemun History and Culture Station so you are basically near to Line 1, Line 2, Line 4 and Line 5 . Tip : from Seoul Station to this hotel, if you have a suitcase, please use the Exit 8 of Dongdaemun Station, nearer to the hotel, minor stairs and there's an escalator. It's quite near the Dongdaemun Grilled Fish Street and also the Toy Street. All walking distance. And for shopping lovers, there's mall at every corner. Check in & check out is relatively fast & easy at Level 14. Provided you check in after 3.00pm. They won't let me check in earlier. But you can store your luggage at Level 1 for free if you came to the hotel in the morning. Hotel room is very clean. There's a bath tub in the bathroom and they provide body shower and shampoo. No toothbrush/razor provided. Comb/shower cap only provided 1 time on your first day. During my stay, the weather was already getting colder but the room temperature is just nice. No glass cups, only paper cups. There's a kettle and mini fridge. No iron though, need to call front desk for them to send 1 to your room. I like this hotel and would like to stay here again if I ever travel to Seoul again.
