Hard place to find and easy to get confused
Staff were excellent
Easy to get confused with the other branch in area, this one is hard to find and is not in the best area. Staff were excellent and went beyond to deliver high level of customer care, very impressed. Safe was not open and should have been checked before letting out room, but may have fixed had I complained.

Their TV is so small and it sucks, there's no remote and most channels are unavailable. The location isn't that nice too.

The hotel's location isn't very ideal, well, at least for me. The staff is ok, not very accommodating but just fine, the room is very clean. "So clean... so good" as what they say. Over all, a good stay! :)

Great location, Near to shopping malls and fast check-out
The hotel is centrally located in the city. So you can save on your transport costs. Early in the morning at about 7 am you will be disturbed by staff's calls to check if you want to check out from the hotel. Hot water and internet access are chargeable and there is no beverages in the the room.It is not recommended for those who need to take hot beverages such as tea nad coffee. The room condition condition is poor , uncomparable with those hotels with 3-star status.

The room is cheap but there is a big cockroach in my room. It was terrible. The room is dark, there are lots of people near entrance.
