Not suited for vacationers.
Some staff were exceptionally professional and efficient while a lot of younger staff were obviously unhappy with their jobs and could not be bothered to properly clean the rooms even when requested to. The sheets are hard and often stained. The rooms are all Smoking and the cleaners do not bother to wipe down walls before new guests arrive. There was grease and food particles on the walls and the air conditioners aren't all functioning well. We had to ask for a change of rooms. Also, I had an experience when ordering an iced tea that I got halfway through before I noticed there was sticky residue on the insides of the glass from a previous customer who probably ordered an ice cream dessert which the dish washers failed to remove. Disgusting and all the management could offer was an apology and a 10% discount if we stayed for another week, which is actually something they give out anyway.

Good enough for a quick overnight stay.
Privacy, staff that quickly processed our check in and fixed the cable tv channel I was watching, basic toiletries available
I booked the place to keep my nephew away from the noisy firecrackers. He hates them and Sogo provided the right comfort and privacy needed to muffle the noise of firecrackers. It was good and my nephew was happy. The flush in the toilet needs taking care of because the plunger tends to stay open. Other than that, all the basics were okay.

Accessible and convenient
Location, Accessibility, Fast Room Service
The hotel ambiance was good. You could already relax when you'd arrive at the lobby. The talking elevator was also a good distraction to listen to every time I'd ride it. The room I got was spacious enough that I could move around but still relax if I needed to. Hotel staff was courteous and room service was pretty punctual. In terms of location, I didn't expect the hotel to be that accessible to transportation. On a plus side, it's close to the LRT station and to a nearby mall. You can also easily ride a jeep if you want to. Overall I enjoyed my stay. There weren't any hitches and problems.

It's ok but not great. You can smell cigarette smoke from the room.

Love/sleaze motel.
Cannot recommend anything good about this hotel. Terrible. This should not be on Agoda. Rooms were suffocating and windows did not open. Window was only about one foot by one foot. No light in rooms. Disgusting.

Short stay but still rested well
Close to shopping areas, budget friendly and fast room service
We only stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I can say that the hotel price is very affordable. The room is big enough for a couple like us who want to just rest and relax. Only the toilet is leaking and not that clean and upon check in, we were told to wait for more that a 10 minutes considering that we already have a reservation in the hotel.
